Good salary, nothing else
Most of the management ranges from poor to incompetent. Things have changed, in 3 years the share price has more than halved, which is a good indication. It was a good place to work at but is going wrong

Laying off many "directors" who do not contribute but are highly paid

Good - most management are overpaid
Poor - there are some token placements - and far too many women
End of the day
I like the pay and that's about it.
I don't not like the office environment or the management. There is a toxic culture.
