Pros of working at Astellas Pharma

Good benefits and physical work environment. Desktop technologies and toolsets were good.

Cons of working at Astellas Pharma

Organization does not proactively address bullying of employees by their managers, even with verifiable and documented evidence by employees, contractors & external business partners. Individuals are promoted up and out of a department while the victims are forced to leave or endure hostile work environments. Company relies extensively on contract staff making it challenging to retain skilled staff for long periods of time.

Astellas Pharma benefits

Volunteer days allocated were very nice. Medical benefits were good.
