At Marvell, Mike managed numerous acquisitions and debt financing while Marvell grew its revenues and employees by over 800%. Mike joined Marvell in January 2001 as part of Marvell's $2.7 billion acquisition of Galileo Technology Ltd. From 1997 to 2001, Mike served in various senior financial management roles at Galileo Technology Ltd., including Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer. From 1994 to 1997, Mike held various senior financial management positions at S3 Incorporated. In addition, Mike served for more than five years at Deloitte & Touche LLP. Mike graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo with honors.

Sanjay Gajendra is a Chief Business Officer at Astera Labs and is based in Santa Clara, California.
