JOB SUMMARY:
ASTOUND seeks an experienced Executive Assistant in Las Vegas to support the CEO. This role will coordinate and execute critical administrative duties on behalf of the CEO and the C-Suite and coordinate the daily operations of the CEO's office.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
Provide a full range of exceptional, executive-level administrative support for the CEO, but not limited to:
Serving as a proactive thought partner who is highly responsive to a full range of internal and external requests on behalf of the CEO.
Gathering and reviewing all materials to ensure the preparation of the CEO for major meetings and events in coordination with leadership.
Owning and driving the complex, ever-changing calendars of the CEO; prioritizing appropriately and anticipating needs.
Acting as strategic manager of and gatekeeper for the CEO's time.
Representing the CEO in all interactions and ensuring a high level of responsiveness, support, and sensitivity to all requests of importance.
Building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, especially with department leaders and community members.
Supporting the drafting, editing, proofing, and preparation of materials, including emails, letters, presentation decks, meeting agendas, etc. on behalf of the CEO and in close coordination with other departments, as needed.
Supporting all levels of preparation for CEO-driven meetings in close coordination with the Chief of Staff, including agenda and materials development, correspondence, and meeting planning and execution.
Managing general correspondence for the CEO (including managing team files; receiving, screening, prioritizing, and drafting responses to incoming mail; phone calls; etc.)
Coordinating end-to-end travel needs for the CEO, including car,, flight, hotel, etc. and anticipating key details for trips such as commuting times and directions.
Managing and maintaining the master calendar for the organization, which includes key internal and external meetings across all departments.
Processing timesheets and expenses for CEO, and direct reports in a timely way; Accurately maintaining records of expense receipts for reimbursement.
Performing general office duties/assistance, as needed.
Managing all matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
QUALIFICATIONS:
3+ years of C-Suite level, administrative experience required.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Good judgment, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential information.
Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Flexibility to adapt to quickly shifting and/or competing priorities.
Ability to effectively prioritize all tasks and successfully complete tasks in a timely fashion.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Graphics Production Technician at Astound is responsible for executing high-quality graphics production processes, including SEG (Silicone Edge Graphics) staging, large format printing, vinyl application, and maintenance of production machinery. This role requires attention to detail, technical skill, and a focus on quality control to ensure all graphic products meet client specifications and company standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Large Format Printing: Operate large format printers to produce high-quality prints on a range of materials including fabrics, vinyl, and rigid substrates.
Vinyl Application: Apply vinyl graphics on various surfaces such as windows, walls, vehicles, and displays with accuracy, ensuring a smooth finish without bubbles or creases.
SEG Staging: Collaborate with the staging and sewing teams to review and test the fit of SEG graphics on frames and structures.
Machine Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on printing, cutting, and sewing equipment to ensure smooth operation and longevity.
Quality Control: Inspect finished products for accuracy, consistency, and quality to ensure they meet the required specifications before delivery.
Collaboration: Work closely with design teams, project managers, and other production staff to ensure seamless workflow and on-time project completion.
Inventory Management: Assist in tracking and managing stock levels for printing and sewing materials, ensuring adequate supply and timely reordering.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience in large format printing, SEG sewing, vinyl application, and machine maintenance.

JOB SUMMARY:
The procurement specialist is the point of contact between our vendors and ASTOUND personnel. As a procurement specialist, you will coordinate purchasing with the Project Managers, Project coordinators, operations, and accounting. As a member of the procurement department, you will be responsible for verifying RPOs, preparing, and forwarding purchase orders, assure that the ordered material will meet project deadlines, budget verification, and control. keep constant communication on the status of these orders and verify the receipt of the items.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
Verifies RPOs by comparing items requested to master Lists; recommending alternatives, and revising unclear items with the requester.
Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications and prices.
Obtains purchased items by forwarding orders to suppliers; monitoring and expediting orders.
Verifies receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered; resolves shipment in order with suppliers.
Authorizes payment for purchases by forwarding receiving documentation.
Keeps information accessible by sorting and filing documents.
Orders raw materials and helps manage inventory

Assist the Estimation Department.
Liaises with Production and Project team members on material purchasing.

JOB SUMMARY:
The position of Metal Fabricator performs duties in the Metal shop related to all elements of metal fabrication. Duties primarily involve welding processes but also include operating basic hand tools, component assembly, operating metal fabrication equipment including saws, drills, grinders and forming equipment that are associated with metal fabrication.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Comfortable in a team environment.
Read blueprints and drawings including weld symbols.
The ability to follow blueprints and building plans.
Create cut list from drawing packages.
Determine the appropriate welding and fabrication equipment or methods based on requirements.
Measuring and marking out cutting and bending lines.
Set up metalwork equipment including rollers, drill presses, mills, plasma cutters, brakes and saws.
Operate basic hand tools and powered hand tools. i.e., drills, disc grinders etc.
Maintain welding equipment including MIG/TIG machines.
Follow instructions from Foreman and Sr Department members.
Fabricate structural and non-structural metal assemblies.
Grinding and finishing completed products.
Report progress and any non-conformities to Dept Foreman.
Keep track of stock items and report to Foreman when more stock items are needed.
Can be consulted on best practice methods and take part of the consultation process between the Dept Foreman and Production Manager.
Assist in project and process prototyping and development.
Install interior and exterior structures and fixtures.
Work with Field Operations team to ensure high quality standards are upheld.
Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment.
Able to provide knowledge and training on job specific tools to junior team members.
Mechanical knowledge an asset.
QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years experience in metal fabrication or similar trade.
AWS Certification is an asset.· Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Carpenter / Millworker plays a key role in the fabrication and assembly of scenic, architectural, and branded elements across a range of ASTOUND projects-including exhibits, immersive activations, and permanent installations. This hands-on role requires precision, craftsmanship, and the ability to collaborate across disciplines to deliver exceptional work that meets ASTOUND's creative and technical standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Work effectively in a team-based environment to support the fabrication of scenic structures, architectural details, and branded environments.
Read and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and cut lists specific to custom fabrication projects.
Fabricate millwork components, scenic flats, cabinetry, kiosks, platforms, and other structures using wood, MDF, laminates, and composite materials.
Apply laminate, veneer, and edge banding with high attention to seam quality and finish.
Construct modular and knock-down components designed for transport, repeated use, and on-site installation.
Operate standard woodworking tools and machinery including table saws, routers, sanders, jointers, planers, and nail guns.
Collaborate with CNC, Metal, LED, Paint and Graphics teams to integrate systems and finish components for fully built-out environments.
Participate in on-site installations as needed-assembling structures to spec and supporting field teams in executing project installs.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, reporting any tool malfunctions, material issues, or build challenges to supervisors.
Follow direction from the Foreman and Production Management to ensure quality, timelines, and project requirements are met.
Support prototyping and development of new fabrication methods to support architectural or experiential builds.
QUALIFICATIONS
3-5 years of experience in millwork, scenic carpentry, or related custom fabrication fields.
Proficient with woodworking tools, materials, and joinery techniques.
Demonstrated ability to fabricate from technical drawings with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail.
Experience working with laminates, hardwoods, composite materials, and specialty finishes.
Able to lift 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and perform physical work in a shop or field setting.

JOB SUMMARY:
ASTOUND is hiring elite Operational Financial Controllers to help run the business at the project level with clarity, control, and speed. These individuals are not traditional accountants - they are embedded business operators who understand how to manage margin, time, spend, risk, and reporting in a creative, fast-moving environment.
They will partner with Project Managers, Account Managers, and the Finance team to ensure real-time accuracy of job costing, cash flow forecasting, invoicing, and P&L performance per project. You are the financial pilot in the seat next to the delivery lead.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Setup & Governance
Create project financial structures (WBS, cost codes, budgets) in the ERP; validate estimates and margin targets before kickoff.
Establish change-order, PO, and approval workflows aligned to budget caps and client SOW.
Job Costing & WIP
Track labor, materials, freight, and 3rd-party services daily; reconcile timecards and receiving to POs.
Prepare monthly WIP/percent-complete schedules, cost-to-complete forecasts, and margin walk explanations.
Billing & Cash
Monitor deposits, progress, and milestone invoices; manage retention and close-out billing; resolve deductions promptly.
Partner with AR to minimize DSO and escalate collection risks early.
Variance & Performance
Lead weekly project financial reviews: budget vs. actuals, risk/opportunity register, and recovery plans.
Analyze drivers of variance (scope creep, rush fees, rework) and recommend corrective actions.
Controls & Compliance

JOB SUMMARY:
The Logistics Coordinator plays a vital role in managing the transportation and shipping processes that support all ASTOUND projects. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Transportation Coordination:
Book all transportation services for materials, equipment, and goods to and from various job sites and warehouses.
Work with carriers to schedule cost-effective and timely freight services.
Track and manage all shipments, resolving any transportation-related issues in real time.
Shipping Documentation:
Prepare and manage shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing lists, and relevant customs documentation for international shipments.

JOB SUMMARY:
