Initially with my projects at MIT and internships at SpaceX, United Launch Alliance, and Infoscitex, and more recently with my full time employment with Sierra Nevada Corporation (on Dream Chaser), Planet Labs, and Astranis (which I co founded), I have developed mechanical and systems engineering experience (with a strong focus on manned and unmanned spacecraft). Gladys Chen is an Executive Coach at Flatiron Consulting Inc, Senior Human Resources Consultant at LIVING HR INC., and Interim Chief People Officer at Astranis and is based in City Metropolitan Area, New York City, New York. She has worked as Earned Second Master’s Degree & In-Patient Psychiatric Therapist at North General at School of Visual Arts, Head of Human Resources for Customer Experience & Technology Organizations at E TRADE from Morgan Stanley, and Chief People Officer at Fairstead. Gladys attended WELLESLEY COLLEGE, Hofstra University, and School of Visual Arts.
