Company does not stand on its own values; no work life balance; open seating is problematic; three days in the office requirement; Poor Company communications; Inconsistencies; Revolving door-people are constantly leaving and there is always new people implementing new policies that don't stick; personal development opportunities however never enough time; No benefits or compensation when asked to cover multiple positions and carrying multiple teams; systems are not reliable; awful travel partner, BCD; Top heavy; Administrative staff not allowed to travel for conferences; conflicting organization direction; inconsistencies in implementing policies and procedures; lack personal interaction;

Don’t promote from within for specialty positions. End of year review confusing. Managed healthcare team was eliminated so on your own to figure out MHC issues in territory.
