    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Planner to join our Filter Business Unit. As a key member of our production and test facility, you will support the manufacturing of a diverse range of RF (Radio Frequency) and EMI (Electromagnetic Interference) filters. Our products serve critical applications in the semiconductor, medical, and aerospace industries. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule production activities to ensure timely delivery of RF and EMI filter products. Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to optimize workflow and resolve scheduling conflicts. Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods; initiate procurement actions as necessary. Prepare and maintain production schedules, work orders, and documentation in accordance with facility standards. Analyze production data and generate reports to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements. Assist in forecasting demand based on customer orders and historical trends. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to support on-time delivery and high-quality output. Support continuous improvement initiatives for production planning and supply chain processes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with production planning or supply chain concepts, either through coursework or internships.
