Astronics Advanced Electronic Systems (AES) is seeking an Associate Master Scheduler to join our Production Control Team in Kirkland, WA.

The Associate Master Scheduler is responsible for coordinating and expediting the flow of work and materials within or between departments in accordance with the production schedule.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
The Associate Master Scheduler will:
Serve as Production Controller for critical product families, based on business strategy.
Communicate schedule updates to production teams.
Assist with shortage tracking and expediting.
Support creation of Inventory health level strategy and formulas. Advise PC of updated levels, monitor stock levels for surges and work with MS to redirect resources.•
Assist Supply Chain in determining and maintaining VMI levels for MMC lines.
Act as a focal for CRR supply planning.
Drive planning strategy implementation for 1 or more MMC lines.
Coordinate with CRR to determine needed stock. Enter and maintain CRR supply plan in ERP.
Measure and monitor CRR Response time TAT for requests and adjust strategies as needed based on business objectives.
Respond to requests for sales commitments of parts outside lead time by coordinating with Supply Chain and other functional groups. Monitor TAT for requests and adjust strategies as needed based on business objectives.
Produce capacity plans and monitor requirements for TAKT updates for MMC assembly lines. Produce MMC assembly requirement data for SIOP Operations Review packages.
Support schedulers in developing top level capacity plans for human and machine resources. Adjust schedules as necessary based on plans and constraints.
Perform consumption of sales forecasts for sole use customers to maintain accuracy of ERP system.
Lead KATA experiments and participate in Kaizens regarding planning and supply activities, such as Heijunka creation and revision, kit release and kanban systems.
Anticipate and mitigate immediate risks to schedule adherence. Notify MS of risk mitigation strategies and actions. Notify Product groups of risk as required.
Support creation and execution of weekly production schedules.
Enter and maintain schedule data, including build plans, Independent demands and sales forecasts in ERP
All other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience:
High school diploma required.
APICS or related certification preferred.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, International Trade Compliance for Triumph Group, the Senior Analyst, International Trade Compliance is a support role in the ALGS Operating Company and the Triumph Group ITC organization. Responsibilities include support of trade compliance activities set by ITC leadership and to support improved compliance across the organization while delivering customer service. The Senior Analyst, International Trade Compliance supports compliance results through analysis of trade data, knowledge or trade regulations and collaboration with functional leaders and teams across the company.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Experienced Aerospace TIG Welder
* Swing shift and day shift positions available
Applies basic and some advanced welding processes to join sheet metal aircraft components as specified by written instructions, weld schedules and drawings. Visually and dimensionally inspects completed work for conformance to verbal/written instruction and specifications. Works well as a team member and seeks clarification to refine welding techniques.
Functions, Responsibilities and Required Experience
* Completes routine and some advanced welding tasks while applying standard practices.
* Properly prepares weld surfaces.
* Interprets and follows written instructions, sketches, weld schedules, drawings and documents.
* Performs all work in accordance with established standards and safety procedures.
* Performs fitting of assemblies.
* May train others on prior job experience.
* Repairs some of his or her own parts.
* Regularly evaluates his/her own product quality for continuous improvement.
* Works under limited oversight.
* Successfully complete the Exotic Metals TIG weld training program and/or have equivalent experience.
* Hold multiple, basic Exotic Metals weld qualification/certifications, including Fillet Welding as required.
* Meets or exceeds operations standards for efficiency.
* Reads and understands router operations, sketches, blueprints, and specifications as necessary to perform the job function.
* Basic knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T); knows where to find this information at Exotic and asks for help when necessary.
* Can move to various work areas easily with experience.
* Must be able to use mathematics relevant to welding functions.
* Requires familiarity with machine tools, precision instruments and good manual dexterity.
* Knows when to stop and finds appropriate interpretation when necessary.
* High School Diploma or equivalent GED required.
Working Condition
* Use of protective clothing, goggles, helmets with protective lenses, and other equipment to prevent burns and eye injuries.
Physical Requirements
* The welder performs physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs and frequent movement of the whole body, such as climbing, lifting up to 50 pounds, balancing and handling of material.

JOB SUMMARY
The Test Engineering Technician will build, test, troubleshoot, repair, and modify developmental and production electronic components, parts, equipment, and systems while applying principles and theories of electronics, electrical circuitry, and electronic and electrical testing.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Performs electrical, mechanical or software troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning test equipment.
Works from schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, layouts or defined plans to perform testing, checkout and trouble-shooting functions.
Performs operational test and fault isolation on systems and equipment.
Assists in determining methods or actions to remedy malfunctions.
Uses test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts.
Perform preventive maintenance of test fixtures, cables, thermal chambers, vibration systems and a variety of other equipment
Build, calibrate, maintain, troubleshoot, or repair electrical instruments or testing equipment
May perform equipment modifications as directed by test/manufacturing engineers.
May assist in the selection and set-up of specialized test equipment and ordering standard parts.
Supports engineering activities such as design, test, check-out, modification, fabrication and assembly of electro-mechanical systems, and specialized test equipment.
Assists in the construction, test and check-out of test equipment, may include documentation markup.
Uses manufacturing, test, development or diagnostic equipment, including, but not limited to, test programs, oscilloscopes, signal generators and specialized test apparatus.
May be required to train Production Test Technicians
Perform other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience:
Associate degree (AS) in Electronics Technology or related field/ equivalent electronics military schooling and experience required
*High-power electronics and/or high-power avionics technician experience may be considered in lieu of formal education. Total qualifying experience must meet the years, duties, skills and proficiency required to perform the position level standards.
Demonstrates competency (typically 2-4 years of direct experience in the essential functions of the position)

EMPLOYMENT ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
As a US Department of Defense Contractor, Astronics is bound by International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Must be a US Person under ITAR to be eligible.

Base salary range for this position is $31.76 - $47.64 per hour. Work 36 hours and get paid for 40 hours.
