**Astronics AES in Kirkland, WA is hiring a Material Handler on Weekend Shift. Hours are Fri - Sun 5:30am - 6:00pm. Work 36 hours and get paid for 40 hours.** The Material Handler will manually move freight, stock, or other materials or perform other general labor in relation to managing materials for the production line.
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Stock and distribute products and materials in inventory warehouses and manufacturing lines
+ Package and prepare products and merchandise for the shipping clerk.
+ Prepare and maintain records of items shipped (i.e. purchase orders, manual shippers, and work orders)
+ Perform daily cycle counts
+ Periodically rotate in RECEIVING for cross training
+ May drive a non-CDL box truck for deliveries

Technical Sales Engineer track

Rotation 1, Field Sales Office (FSO): This rotation integrates Technical Sales Associates with a local TI sales team, offering first-hand experience of TI's sales process. **JOB SUMMARY**
The Test Engineering Technician will build, test, troubleshoot, repair, and modify developmental and production electronic components, parts, equipment, and systems while applying principles and theories of electronics, electrical circuitry, and electronic and electrical testing.
**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**
+ Performs electrical, mechanical or software troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning test equipment.
+ Works from schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, layouts or defined plans to perform testing, checkout and trouble-shooting functions.
+ Performs operational test and fault isolation on systems and equipment.
+ Assists in determining methods or actions to remedy malfunctions.
+ Uses test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts.
+ Perform preventive maintenance of test fixtures, cables, thermal chambers, vibration systems and a variety of other equipment
+ Build, calibrate, maintain, troubleshoot, or repair electrical instruments or testing equipment
+ May perform equipment modifications as directed by test/manufacturing engineers.
+ May assist in the selection and set-up of specialized test equipment and ordering standard parts.
+ Supports engineering activities such as design, test, check-out, modification, fabrication and assembly of electro-mechanical systems, and specialized test equipment.
+ Assists in the construction, test and check-out of test equipment, may include documentation markup.
+ Uses manufacturing, test, development or diagnostic equipment, including, but not limited to, test programs, oscilloscopes, signal generators and specialized test apparatus.
+ May be required to train Production Test Technicians
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
**Education/Experience:**
+ Associate degree (AS) in Electronics Technology or related field/ equivalent electronics military schooling and experience required
+ _*High-power electronics and/or high-power avionics technician experience may be considered in lieu of formal education. Total qualifying experience must meet the years, duties, skills and proficiency required to perform the position level standards._
+ Demonstrates competency (typically 2-4 years of direct experience in the essential functions of the position)

**EMPLOYMENT ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS**
+ As a US Department of Defense Contractor, Astronics is bound by International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Must be a US Person under ITAR to be eligible.
+ An offer of employment is contingent on successfully passing pre-employment background check and drug test which includes screening for the use of cannabis.
**Base salary range for this position is $31.76 - $47.64 per hour. Work 36 hours and get paid for 40 hours.**
