**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**
The Manufacturing Engineering Technian is a skilled specialist that applies company standards, policies, procedures, and best practices in performing the following:
+ Respond to issues on the production floor.
+ Assist with basic concerns following set processes and procedures, escalating to others when needed.
+ Quickly Responds to production line issues, such as tooling misalignments, machine stoppages, or incorrect work instructions.
+ Assist Manufacturing Engineers with time studies, maintaining Manufacturing instructions, initiating change requests, and uploading information into the ERP/ERS.
+ Perform evaluations and audits of current Manufacturing work instructions to make improvements with safety and quality in mind.
+ Regularly engage with operators on the production floor to ensure instructions are clear, accurate, and easy to interpret.
+ Flow work instruction feedback to Manufacturing Engineers and Assist in incorporating changes.
+ All other duties as assigned.
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
**Education/Experience:**
+ Associate's degree in engineering, mechatronics, or another applicable technical field.
+ Demonstratesproficiency(typically 4-6 years of direct experience in the essential functions of the position).

**Base salary range for the Manufacturing Engineering Technician is $31.76 - $47.64. Mid-point is $39.70/hour.**
