Hours are Monday - Thursday 3:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.** The Team Assembler will develop experience and skills on a single piece flow line. **ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS** + Perform basic electronic, electromechanical, mechanical or measurement product assembly operations on product components, assemblies, or subassemblies + Perform repetitive duties in a single piece flow mixed model cell + Follows methods and sequence of operations in performing component installation and fitting on assembly units, seeking guidance of Sr. Team Assembler or Lead as needed + Ability to use a variety of hand tools, including torque drivers + Make setups and adjustments holding tolerances to work instructions + May work on other cells to perform basic assembly tasks as needed + Perform basic functional tests such as Hi-pot and continuity tests + Other duties as assigned **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS** **Education/Experience:** + Required high school diploma or GED. + Demonstrates competency (typically 1-2 years of direct experience in the essential functions of the position) + Will consider applicants who are new to the workforce that are: + Able to read, interpret and understand written and verbal instructions + Have good dexterity and eye/hand coordination + Able to contribute to a positive team environment **Competencies:** + **Comprehension** - Understand and apply information conveyed in written and oral methods + **Communication** - Communicate information and ideas, written and verbal, so others will understand + **Problem Sensitivity** - Tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong.     We take assembly hardware options and install them in mainframe of copiers, and printers per the customer's request. Then we test the units that we setup for the customer and follow a standardized checklist and QA process to verify the product is functioning properly before units are staged and shipped to the customer. Also, required are basic computer skills, basic mechanical skills, and you will be using tools such as different types screw drivers and nut drivers. Our units go from small printers up to 50 lbs., or so but safety is important so you will always have team members to assist in lifting, and there are times you will be walking and stand, however, it isn't extensive. Being able to lift 50lbs and over is required., however it must be 2-person lifting. Looking for someone who likes to work with their hands, can do repetitive tasks, and work in a team environment. Free parking is available.
