How you will contribute
As an HCM Sales Executive you will be responsible for building business relationships with new perspective clients as well as current customers and creating new revenue opportunities for Asure's platform of Human Capital Management solutions. You will spearhead prospecting, running discovery calls/demos, and negotiating deals.
Identify and develop new prospects within defined territory thru self-generation, heavy networking, and business development sales activities.
Profile and penetrate existing Asure Clientele in order to cultivate new revenue opportunities enhancing value for the client by improving the scope of the Asure solution.
Develop and maintain referring relationships with CPAs, Banks, Financial Advisors, and Insurance Brokers in order to further penetrate the market.
Create high impact presentations designed to depict and highlight the benefit of proposed Asure solutions.
Develop and manage a robust sales funnel of new opportunities to attain or exceed assigned monthly and annual sales quota.
Leverage Salesforce CRM to report on and manage all sales and client services related activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience selling Payroll and or HR Software solutions required
Minimum of 3 years consultative software sales experience
Experience selling a SaaS solution preferred
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Experience managing multiple sales engagements effectively
Proven relationship building and client service skills
Proven ability to manage a territory producing exceptional results
Pro-active, results oriented and team-oriented approach to sales
Experience with Salesforce.com and other virtual selling tools such as GoToMeeting, Webex or other comparable tools
Must have a valid U.S. Driver's license to be eligible for hire
Compensation
The base salary range for this role is $70,000-$75,000 depending upon level of experience, OTE of $116,000 and an uncapped commission plan.

Austin, TX; Nashville, TN, Burlington, VT, Cherry Hill, NJ, Rochester, NY, Tampa, FL, or Santa Ana, CA.
As a Reseller Sales Executive you will be responsible for selling Asure solutions to resellers and Service Bureau Organizations (SBOs) including traditional payroll service bureaus, accounting firms, brokers and other benefits providers, financial institutions and any other entities. You will be driving new business through developing and implementing a sound sales strategy, actively networking, cold calling, attending industry conferences and other creative methods for business development. You will be working with existing and new resellers to generate business from their clients' base, running discovery calls/demos, delivering compelling sales pitches to owners and senior executives, building strong relationships and solid pipelines and achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
How you will contribute
Self-generating and managing marketing generated leads to build a solid pipeline that assures quota attainment
Setting up calls and meetings with decision makers primarily owners and senior executives
Presenting the values of a partnership with Asure beyond just product features and functionality during all phases of the sales cycle
Understanding the prospect's business needs and market challenges
Negotiating sound financial agreements which are win-win solutions for Asure and clients
Conducting product demonstrations and presenting the value of partnering with Asure with prospects and reseller clients
Diligently recording sales activities in Sales Force and providing accurate and realistic sales projections
Assisting new resellers in their onboarding to Asure Clients by providing sales training, product training, helping to set up demo sites, etc.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience
Minimum of 5 - 10 years consultative software sales experience
Experience selling a Payroll, HCM or TLM SaaS solution preferred
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Disciplined and self-motivated to exceed quota
Experience managing multiple sales engagements effectively
Proven relationship building and client service skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once, yielding exceptional results
Pro-active, results oriented and team-oriented approach to sales
Experience with Salesforce.com, SalesLoft and other virtual selling tools such as GoToMeeting, Zoom or other comparable tools
Strong oral and written communication skills
Proven track record of consistent over-achievement of assigned sales quota
Compensation
The base salary for this position is $85,000 - $95,000 based on relevant experience, skills, and industry knowledge. The compensation package also includes an uncapped commission structure.
