How I will contribute As an Account Manager on our Sales team, you will be responsible for building business relationships with current customers working with to them uncover opportunities for on how Asure's portfolio of solutions can assist them in developing workplaces for today's workforce-and the workforce of the future. You will have experience prospecting, developing client opportunity profiles to generate sales engagements. These engagements will require you to complete discovery calls, partnering with internal Subject Matter Experts and additional sales resources to close new business. Profile clients and key contact points Establishing Client Opportunity Profile to identify needs and buying cycle Manage existing client accounts by developing long-term relationships with key contacts within clients Develop comprehensive understanding of client's short- and long-term needs Identify opportunities within client accounts to enhance the scope of the Asure solution Deliver high impact presentations designed to highlight additional value to clients Partner with internal Subject Matter Experts and/or account managers to properly address client and position Asure solutions Utilize virtual sales tools to demonstrate Asure solutions to win new business opportunities Formulate and present proposals to depict that outline the value of the proposed Asure solutions Execute sound financial agreements which are win-win solutions for Asure and clients Maintains and manage client group and sales funnel of new opportunities to attain or exceed assigned goals Leverage Salesforce.com to manage and report results Tracks transactions in Salesforce.com and reports information to management Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience Experience selling a SaaS solutions preferred Experience selling HCM, HR Software solutions preferred Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Experience managing multiple engagements effectively Proven relationship building and client service skills Strong organizational and follow up skills Pro-active, results oriented and team-oriented approach to sales Experience with Salesforce.com and other virtual selling tools such as GoToMeeting, Webex or other comparable tools Strong oral and written communication skills with a focus on attention to detail Track record of consistent over-achievement towards assigned goals Compensation The base range for this role is $29.00-$31.25 per hour depending upon level of experience, OTE of $99,075 and an uncapped commission plan. Profile clients and key contact points Establishing Client Opportunity Profile to identify needs and buying cycle Manage existing client accounts by developing long-term relationships with key contacts within clients Develop comprehensive understanding of clients short- and long-term needs Identify opportunities within client accounts to enhance the scope of the Asure solution Deliver high impact presentations designed to highlight additional value to clients Partner with internal Subject Matter Experts and/or account managers to properly address client and position Asure solutions Utilize virtual sales tools to demonstrate Asure solutions to win new business opportunities Formulate and present proposals to depict that outline the value of the proposed Asure solutions Execute sound financial agreements which are win-win solutions for Asure and clients Maintains and manage client group and sales funnel of new opportunities to attain or exceed assigned goals Leverage Salesforce.com to manage and report results Tracks transactions in Salesforce.com and reports information to management Qualifications Bachelors Degree preferred or equivalent experience Experience selling a SaaS solutions preferred Experience selling HCM, HR Software solutions preferred Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Experience managing multiple engagements effectively Proven relationship building and client service skills Strong organizational and follow up skills Pro-active, results oriented and team-oriented approach to sales Experience with Salesforce.com and other virtual selling tools such as GoToMeeting, Webex or other comparable tools Strong oral and written communication skills with a focus on attention to detail Track record of consistent over-achievement towards assigned goals Compensation The base range for this role is $29.00-$31.25 per hour depending upon level of experience, OTE of $99,075 and an uncapped commission plan.
