Lewis L. (Lee) Bird III serves as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer for At Home. Mr. Bird joined the company in December 2012 and in a short time has transformed the 35-year-old Garden Ridge brand into the more consumer-relevant At Home retail chain.

Before joining the company, Mr. Bird held a variety of leadership positions, most recently serving as Managing Director of The Gores Group, a global private equity firm that specializes in acquiring and partnering with mature and growing businesses. Prior to this, Mr. Bird served as President of Nike Affiliates for Nike Inc., Chief Operating Officer of Gap and Chief Financial Officer of Old Navy.

Peter S. G. Corsa currently serves as President and Chief Operating Officer for At Home. He joined the company as Chief Stores Officer in March 2013 and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in December 2016. Prior to joining At Home, Mr. Corsa served as Vice President of KSL Resorts from January 2011 to April 2013, which operates luxury resorts throughout the United States. Before this, he served as Executive Vice President of Retail for Stuart Weitzman from January 2006 to February 2011. In addition, he served as Senior Director of Store Operations for Gap from 2004 to 2006, Senior Director of Loss Prevention for Old Navy from 2002 to 2003, and Director of Store Operations for Old Navy from 1999 to 2002. Mr. Corsa received his Master of Business Administration from St. Mary's College of California and his Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Over a 25-year career in marketing, Ashley has developed deep expertise in consumer insights and strategic planning. Ashley spent the first twelve years of her career at advertising agencies including Publicis and DDB, working on accounts including American Airlines, Verizon, Omni Hotels, T.G.I.Friday’s, The Texas Lottery, Susan G. Komen, Earthgrains Breads, and Hershey’s Milks. Ashley then made the switch to the corporate side of marketing, holding the title of CMO at GameStop, Sally Beauty and At Home. At Sally Beauty and now at At Home, Ashley also plays the role of General Manager of the company's Omnichannel initiatives with P&L responsibility. Ashley’s work has won many awards including a Cannes Lion and she has been named one of the Top 50 Women in Brand Marketing by Brand Innovators. In 2020, she received the CMO Technology Leadership Award from the CMO Club and Top Women in Technology Award by Chain Store Age.

Bronwyn Allen worked in the ICT industry for almost 40 years, spending the first half of her career in government and universities, and the second half in the mining industry. When she retired in late 2005 she was CIO of the Stainless Steel Materials division of BHP Billiton. As CIO, Bronwyn was responsible for the integration of IT processes of three independent multi-site businesses based in Australia, South Africa, and Colombia (South America) together with projects in the Philippines, Cuba, and Western Australia. Bronwyn was Chair and a member of the Executive of the North Queensland Chapter of the ACS, a member of the SAP Australian User Group Executive, a member of the Queensland Government Communications and Information Advisory Board for three years, and a member of the Council of the Barrier Reef Institute of TAFE for almost five years. For three years from 2006 to the end of 2008, Bronwyn was a member of the Queensland ICT Industry Workgroup, an industry initiative to provide one voice to the state government on ICT procurement and governance. She was Chair of the Queensland ACS Fellows Committee for 2008 and 2009. In 2009 she became President of AWISE and a member of the World Computer Congress GovernIT stream committee.Specialties: Strong skills in setting strategic goals and then putting into execution. Interested in assisting with setting IT goals, policies and governance.
