Greg Heald serves as President, Passive Safety Division & President Asia. Prior to this assignment, he served as President Asia and Sr. Vice President Global Procurement, and President & CEO Hamlin, Inc. During his 17 year career with Key Safety Systems (formerly Breed Technologies) he has also served as President & CEO Hamlin, Inc., Sr. Vice President Global Procurement & Business Development, President & COO Global Airbag Business Unit, President & COO North America, President North American Airbag and Inflator Business Unit and Vice President Global Procurement. Before joining Breed Technologies in April 1998, Mr. Heald spent 7 years with Ford Motor Company in various roles in manufacturing finance and direct materials purchasing. Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Finance from the University of Florida and MBA from the University of Detroit.

An accomplished, international multilingual professional offering a Ph.D. in Finance - Business Administration and twenty one years of success in senior managerial global Finance and Administration aspects in the automotive, information technology and consulting industry. An expert in strategic and business planning, international consolidation, international M&A, restructuring, fx and interest hedging, insurance, cash management, refinancing, strategic planning, P&L and BS responsibility and implementation of Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. Provides in-depth knowledge of Corporate Finance, US GAAP, IFRS Accounting, Treasury, Risk Management, Purchasing, HR and IT as well as Global Taxation. Worked closely with various PE firms, banks/financial institutions, public investors as well as international PWC, E&Y, Plante Moran Tax and Audit groups in 3 different companies and 3 continents. Speaks fluent German and French as well as intermediate Spanish. Dual citizen USA, EU -Germany.
