Reevaluate the patient's progress during treatment at appropriate intervals, recommending, acquiring, and modifying necessary adaptive equipment to augment the patient's independence. Provide full range speech language pathology services as ordered by physician. Consult with physicians regarding change of treatment. Supervise home health aide as appropriate per state and federal guidelines. Evaluate outcomes and discharge planning. A Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology, and is licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist by the state where they furnish services, -or- Successfully completed 350 clock hours of supervised clinical practicum (or be in the process of completing), at least nine months of supervised full-time SLP experience, and has successfully completed a national examination approved by the Secretary. Currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing (refer to SLP state specific qualifications). Minimum of one (1) year in an acute care setting. Flexible work from home options available.
