Qualifications and Experience: 5+ years of IT engineering experience supporting enterprise-level platforms; Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent experience required. Deep expertise in Microsoft Intune, M365, Azure AD, and modern endpoint management platforms, with strong proficiency in PowerShell and automation. Hands-on experience with automated patching, OS and third-party application maintenance, and cloud/virtual desktop environments (AVD, Citrix). Skilled in identity and access management, including Microsoft MFA, SSO, and conditional access; Okta MFA experience is a plus. Demonstrated ability to lead and execute complex infrastructure initiatives, with solid project management capabilities and familiarity with SDLC methodologies.
