    Job Description We are seeking a Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse! Nelsonville, Ohio Join our team! Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community-minded, forward-thinking behavioral health organization helping people along the road to health and well-being. We meet people in their homes and communities and help connect them to the resources they need. We serve Southeastern and Central Ohio with a comprehensive array of behavioral health and other services - working with local partners to promote healthy people and strong communities. All of our services are intended to be collaborative and personalized for the individual. The MaryHill Youth and Family Center is a youth and family-centered residential program located in southeast Ohio. Services are provided 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. Identified persons served are youth with behavioral health or co-occurring needs, including intellectual or developmental disabilities. Families, guardians, and community resources are included in all treatment whenever possible. All services are provided in a safe, trauma-informed, recovery-focused milieu designed to integrate the person served back into the community with their families and/or living independently whenever possible. All services are delivered by an interdisciplinary team and staff that are trained in serving youth and families with behavioral health disorders or related problems. We are seeking a part-time Youth Residential Licensed Practical Nurse. Licensure as an LPN is required. The salary range for this position is $56,541.63to $62,552.33 annually. This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus of $1,500! Essential Functions: Provides direct care and nursing services to residents as prescribed by individual treatment plans. Assist with Medication Administration, medical records, medical charts, etc. Participates in multi-disciplinary care team meetings as needed. Monitors existing/chronic health conditions of residents. Obtains patient data and vital signs. Complies with all reporting requirements, biohazard program requirements, medical protocols, etc. Attend meetings per prior arrangement and participation as an interdisciplinary team member. Meets billing productivity requirements established. Required to be on-call for emergencies at various times throughout the year. Other duties as assigned by the Practice Manager. Minimum Requirements: Degree from an accredited LPN program. Must be licensed in Ohio as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Two years of nursing experience within the medical or behavioral health field. Broad knowledge of community service systems. Willing to participate in and lead collaborative community-building activities. Able to effectively communicate through verbal/written expression. Must be able to use an electronic health record (EHR). Must be able to operate within an Internet-based, automated office environment.
