Leader of project crafting a detailed plan, which grew revenue by +150% over the next 2-3 years. == Anderson Orthopedic Clinic, Alexandria, VA: For this nationally-acclaimed 11-person Orthopedic Surgical Group, we developed onsite PT services for 2 locations. We also standardized operations by developing policies and procedures. This practice was later successfully acquired by Physio in 2015.
