David S. Chernow has served as the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer since January 2014. He served as the Company’s President since December 2010. He held the additional titles of Chief Administrative Officer from March 2012 to August 2013, Chief Development and Strategy Officer from January 2011 to March 2012, and Chief Strategy Officer from September 2010 to December 2010. He previously served on the Company’s Board of Directors from August 2005 to September 2010. From May 2007 to February 2010, Mr. Chernow served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Oncure Medical Corp., a national network of cancer treatment centers. From 2001 to 2007, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of JA Worldwide (formerly known as Junior Achievement). From 1999 to 2001, he was the President of the Physician Services Group at US Oncology, Inc. Mr. Chernow co-founded American Oncology Resources in 1992 and served as its Chief Development Officer until the time of the merger with Physician Reliance Network, Inc., which created US Oncology, Inc. in 1999.

Leader of project crafting a detailed plan, which grew revenue by +150% over the next 2-3 years. == Anderson Orthopedic Clinic, Alexandria, VA: For this nationally-acclaimed 11-person Orthopedic Surgical Group, we developed onsite PT services for 2 locations. We also standardized operations by developing policies and procedures. This practice was later successfully acquired by Physio in 2015. Barclay E. Berdan, FACHE, is the chief executive officer of Texas Health Resources, a faith-based, nonprofit health system that cares for more patients in North Texas than any other provider. Texas Health is ranked No. 9 on the 2019 Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For® list, and has been named No. 1 on the Fortune 20 Best Workplaces in Health Care list for four consecutive years. Berdan became chief executive officer of Texas Health on Sept. 1, 2014, after serving as senior executive vice president and chief operating officer the previous two years. With 30 years of service at Texas Health, Berdan describes the system’s culture as one of a family where the Mission, Vision, Values and Our Texas Health Promise℠ are woven together and modeled each day in the care of patients and their families. He served as the chief operating officer of Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Fort Worth from 1993 to 1999 and then as its president from 1999 to 2007. He also served as executive vice president for Texas Health from 2005 to 2007, and as senior executive vice president for system alignment and performance from 2007 to 2012. Before joining Texas Health, Berdan worked for American Medical International for nine years in hospital leadership positions in Florida, Arkansas and Texas. He also previously served in administrative positions at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and Jackson Park Hospital, both in Chicago. Berdan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth and a master's degree in business administration with a specialization in hospital administration from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. Active in health care issues, Berdan served as chairman of the Texas Hospital Association for the 2008-09 year. He received the 2013 Earl M. Collier Award for Distinguished Health Care Administration, the association’s highest honor. He was also recognized in 2015 with the D CEO Excellence in Healthcare Award as Outstanding Healthcare Executive and was named to Modern Healthcare’s “100 Most Influential People in Healthcare” list in 2016. He served as chair of the United Way of Tarrant County 2016-2017 campaign. He is past chair and a board member of the American Heart Association Tarrant County chapter, and co-chairs the steering committee of the Fort Worth Blue Zones ProjectTM, the nation’s largest Certified Blue Zones Community®. He is a board member of Premier Inc., and serves on the organization’s finance committee, and is also an Executive Committee member for the Healthcare Leadership Council.
