Diana Chafey serves as the Chief Legal Officer with a strong track record as a pragmatic, creative problem solver and business facilitator.

Augustus Oakes joined ATI in 2018 as Vice President of Business Technology and is now our Chief Information Officer. He holds a degree from Loyola University Chicago.

Ray Wahl was named Chief Operating Officer (COO) for ATI Physical Therapy in August 2019 and is responsible for day-to-day operations and clinical functions across the company’s national footprint. Prior to his current role, he served on ATI’s leadership team as East Division President, overseeing operations in Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Ohio, North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia.

Wahl came to the organization in 2006 and has held key leadership positions with increasing responsibilities over the years, overseeing the growth of ATI’s footprint through new clinic openings, acquisitions and strategic partnerships.

Prior to joining ATI, Wahl started his career as an Athletic Trainer. After graduating from Temple University in 2003 with his doctorate in Physical Therapy, he joined East Coast-based PRO Physical Therapy out of Wilmington, DE as a Physical Therapist. Wahl was instrumental in the successful integration of PRO Physical Therapy and ATI in 2006.

Katie Koenig is a Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer at ATI Physical Therapy, Chief Transformation Officer at ATI Physical Therapy, and SVP Commercial Channel Development at ATI Physical Therapy and is based in Greater Chicago Area. She has worked as Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Vice President Strategic Planning at UChicago Medicine, and Summer Consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG). Katie attended FRIENDS OF THE EARTH between 2004 and 2006 and NeighborWorks America between 1997 and 2001.

Brent Mack is the current Chief Executive Officer of Therapy Partners Group. Brent attended Des Moines University.
