We are currently seeking an Ultrasonic Manager for ATI's Cudahy Operations. This position will be located in Cudahy, WI.
This position is responsible for the compliance to all customer and NADCAP nondestructive testing requirements for ultrasonic operations at ATI Forged Products Cudahy Operations. The candidate is responsible for the operational planning and execution of the Ultrasonic Testing Departments.
Summary
* Be the primary contact for the operational planning, scheduling and hiring for all Ultrasonic hourly and salary positions
* Using the Level III team, administer the training and certification programs for Ultrasonic technical personnel.

We are seeking a Industrial Millwright Maintenance Technician to work in our Cudahy facility. Industrial Millwright Maintenance Technicians are part of an integral team of quality and technical professionals who take great pride in helping ATI achieve production and quality goals and objectives.
Our Millwrights are part of a highly skilled team that is critical in supporting production and ensuring equipment is operational in order to consistently meet production goals and our customers' needs. Millwrights inspect, troubleshoot, repair, replace, install, adjust and maintain all mechanical equipment in the plant and perform scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot machine malfunctions, determine the problem and implement the repair. This position requires an understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, power transmission and steam systems.
In order to become successful, you must be able to quickly learn ATI, our products, processes and quality standards. This is a 2rd shift (3pm-11pm); however, the new hire will train on 1st shift for 6 months.
Responsibilities:
* Inspect mill equipment, chains, belt conveyers, gear boxes/drive chains and cranes for maintenance or repair
* Use tools such as forklifts and barrel lifts, aerial lifts, boom trucks, drill presses, burning equipment, welding and cutting equipment, portable drills and grinders, measuring devices, laser pump alignment tools, power tools and miscellaneous hand tools
* Maintain accurate records such as labor hours and important preventative maintenance findings on work orders for creation of future job plans
* Work in both high places and in confined spaces
* Adhere to and promote all safety policies and procedures
* Perform tasks such as removal, installation, alignment, leveling and coupling of rotating equipment
* Ensure all work is performed in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
* Assist Engineering and/or contractors with capital project work
* Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

* 8 years of machine repair, hydraulic repair, iron worker and/or industrial maintenance/millwright experience OR a licensed Journeyman Millwright through a state indentured apprenticeship.

Responsibilities:
* Responsible for execution of EHS programs and procedures including but not limited to lockout tagout, confined space entry, mobile equipment safety, hazard communication, emergency response, working at heights and crane & rigging safety with an emphasis on Safety and Accident Prevention for your areas of responsibility.
* Responsible for continual improvement and sustainability initiatives that reduce waste and drive improvements to meet enterprise and business unit EHS objectives and targets.
* Ensure EHS Regulatory Compliance by consistently evaluating existing programs and procedures while monitoring emerging rules and interpretations.
* Responsible for execution of applicable EHS management systems which includes Corporate EHS Directives and conformance to ISO 14001 and 45001.
* Assists with EHS training program for applicable EHS trainings across your areas of responsibility and support the business unit trainings as needed. This could include developing training presentations, delivering classroom training, conducting recertifications for annual lockout tagout authorized employees, mobile equipment, working at heights, confined space, etc.
* Coordinate EHS corrective actions from EHS/customer audits, regulatory inspections, industrial accidents, and other assessments, apart from environmental remediation.
* Manages management of change for your areas of responsibility which includes new processes, equipment, materials, and people.

Qualifications:
* Preferred 4-year bachelor's degree in a technical field such as EHS, engineering, or science.
* 5+ years of applicable EHS experience in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment.
* A good working knowledge of EHS regulations such as OSHA, EPA, and NFPA.
* Experience with sustainability improvement initiatives

Supervision of Rehabilitation Technicians with patient care and administrative staff as needed
Compliance with daily paperwork. PT/PTAs/ATCs are responsible for documenting all treatment in patient charts in a timely manner (initial evals, daily notes, progress notes, discharges, HEP)
Stays current with billing policies and demonstrates ethical billing practices
Maintains active state license by earning appropriate CEUs through outside courses and IBJI sponsored educational opportunities
Develops positive relationships with the physician teams at IBJI
Takes an active role in the patient medial team: office visits with physicians, contact with case managers, etc.
