Responsibilities: * Develop and execute the strategy for ATI's back-end infrastructure services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. * Establish the vision and roadmap for cloud services, datacenter operations, server platforms, network services, storage systems, and database technologies. * Analyze key business drivers, emerging technology trends, and operational risks to inform decision-making. * Contribute to broader infrastructure and IT strategy through cross-functional leadership. * Provide direct leadership, coaching, and development for Infrastructure engineering teams. * Set performance expectations, conduct evaluations, and ensure alignment with ATI cultural and operational standards. * Build a high-performing team capable of delivering stable, secure, and scalable services that are aligned with business needs. * Foster collaboration across IT functions * Ensure high availability, resilience, and security of core infrastructure systems. * Establish and enforce operational standards, SLAs, and performance metrics. * Drive continuous improvement through automation, process refinement, and proactive risk mitigation. * Lead modernization initiatives and promote new technologies and engineering approaches that enhance efficiency, reliability, and scalability. * Ensure infrastructure systems comply with ATI security policies, audit requirements, and industry best practices. * Serve as the primary liaison to senior leadership, business units, applications teams, and plant operations for back-end infrastructure needs. * Communicate roadmaps, service impacts, and upcoming changes to executive stakeholders. * Influence and negotiate among multiple stakeholders to resolve complex infrastructure issues. * Track financial performance, forecast resource needs, and ensure budget decisions support long-term operational stability and innovation. * Evaluate vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective solutions. Education: * Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or related field of study, or equivalent experience. Experience: * 10+ years of experience in enterprise information technology with 5+ years in leadership roles overseeing enterprise-scale infrastructure services. * Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage a technical function. * Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational leadership skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. * Expertise in infrastructure technologies * Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and vendor management. * Proven ability to influence change, drive modernization, and deliver large-scale improvements. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE • Assesses the physical and mental condition of patients by performing and obtaining comprehensive or problem-focused physical examinations and medical histories. • Orders, collects, interprets, and evaluates laboratory and other diagnostic tests to assess patient problems and health care needs. • Prescribes, recommends and/or employs medical drug therapies or other forms of related therapeutic treatments and procedures or performs indicated procedures in accordance with approved policies with attention to efficacy, safety, and cost. Recommends interventions to modify behavior associated with health risks. • Formulates and implements comprehensive outcomes-based patient treatment plans based on patient assessments, evidence-based medicine, standards of care, professional practice guidelines and in collaboration with physicians and other interdisciplinary team members when appropriate. Evaluates patient's response to health care provided and the effectiveness of care. • Counsels patients and families regarding medical processes, management of the health illness/condition, medication, nutrition, and health promotion. Counsels patients about drug regimens and possible side effects or interactions with other substances such as food supplements, over the counter medications and herbal remedies. • Maintains appropriate records detailing the patient's treatment plans and outcomes. Initiates timely consultation and referral when the problem exceeds scope of practice and/or expertise. • Provides consultation level services for conditions/problems related to the Provider's specialty, level of experience and training. • Manages patients in a healthcare setting(s) other than primary clinic setting (e.g., inpatient, emergency services, surgical, procedural, etc.) • Performs invasive procedures specific to scope of practice and provider's level of competency as delegated by supervising Physician. • Performs follows-up with patient both pre- and post- operatively, and may also round on patients in the hospital or see patients in the Emergency Department. • Participates in all phases of perioperative patient management including outpatient, inpatient, and operating room settings. • May be required to perform patient care duties beyond regular schedule based on coverage needs of the department.
