ATI is currently seeking a Supply Chain Planner to join our facility located in Cudahy, WI. As a successful Production Planner and Scheduler, you will report to the Supply Chain Manager and be accountable for the scheduling, planning, accuracy, and timeliness of production. Essential Duties * Support department level scheduling by setting priorities, tracking status, and delivering timely information to engineering, operations, quality, and purchasing * Responsible for the effective sequencing of jobs, processes, and assignments to individual work centers * Release jobs to the operations group at the appropriate time based on schedule requirements * Track inventory levels and delivery schedules to ensure continuous production of major programs * Closely monitor progress and report out to management on the status of all new product development, R&D, and production jobs. * Monitor material flow and identify any bottlenecks in the process; troubleshoot issues to the root-cause and implement corrective actions * Support customer communication by providing accurate and timely information and reports to the management team * Generate capacity, on-time delivery, and production reports in support of management team * Be the primary interface between shop floor supervisors and the plant leadership team * Manage and coordinate all production meetings * Utilize our ERP to schedule jobs Basic Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree and at least two (2) years of production planning and scheduling experience Or * High School Diploma and at least four (4) years of production planning and scheduling experience Preferred Qualifications (in addition to Basic Qualifications) * APICS Certification * Experience with scheduling and planning for new product introduction programs Skills * Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees, external customers, suppliers, and vendors * Strong attention to detail and project management skills * Effective at identifying areas for continuous improvement and implementing lean concepts to improve efficiency and productivity * Proficient with ERP systems and MS Office Suite We thrive when the expectations are great, and the barriers are high. We are seeking a CNC Machinist (Set Up Relief Operator) at our Cudahy, WI facility to work the weekend night shift Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 6pm-6am, with training held on 1st shift for 60-90 days, Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm. Following training you will work 36 hours but will be paid for 40. This position is responsible for all complete setups of CNC machines and running them on a relief basis. Position responsibilities include: * Follows engineering setup charts to perform initial assembly of tools * Performs complete disassembly of jobs * Arranges tooling * Interprets program to install all tools in the machine and establish and put in offsets * Performs complete machining of first piece * Verifies all dimensions on machines to corresponds with drawing * Running machines in a relief basis Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalency required * Ability to read blueprints * 5-7 years of CNC experience * Machining certificate preferred If you are organized, motivated and can work independently and as a part of a dynamic team, please contact us.
