Job Summary
This position is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the location, including meeting established goals and outcomes, ensuring regulatory and organization compliance, directing and coordinating work, financial and operational stability, and demonstrating leadership. Manages Risk: Assigns responsibility to an individual(s) for the daily management of infection prevention and control activities. Sets expectations for the collection and use of data and information to monitor and control infections. Responsible to create and maintain a culture of safety. Ensures a safety program is in place with scheduled inspections making corrections as necessary. Provides equipment and supplies to ensure a safe environment. Assures resident rights are protected and that all residents, families and significant others are made aware of those rights. Ensures HIPAA compliance. Responsible for ensuring a Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) Program is in place. Assigns responsibility to an individual(s) for the daily management of QAPI. Ensures the leadership of monthly QAPI committee meetings. Sponsors performance improvement projects and reviews, approves or rejects performance improvement team findings and recommendations. Provides access to information needed to support quality assurance performance improvement and provides equipment and supplies to support QAPI efforts. The Administrator is the Compliance Liaison of the facility, with a responsibility to support the Chief Compliance Officer in carrying out the Compliance Program.
Manages Communication and Documentation: Expresses ideas clearly, concisely and effectively both orally and in writing. Requests ongoing feedback on task performance. Communicates upward and downward within the organization appropriately and in a timely fashion. Ensures documentation and reports are completed as required by regulations and/or policy and procedure. Seeks clarification of assignments and asks questions when needed. Keeps supervisor informed and follows chain of command as appropriate when reporting issues or concerns.
Manages Financial and operational objectives: Works with department teams, and consultants to oversee operations of the campus.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred, preferably in healthcare administration, including course work in business and human resources.
Location will determine experience required.
The ability to be a licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in the state of practice is required.
Other licenses as appropriate by state requirements and facility needs.

The Crisis Responder is responsible for providing 24-hour crisis coverage as part of the on-call rotation. This is a short-term service which aims to assist individuals who are in a crisis (e.g., suicidal, homicidal, psychotic). The Crisis Responder will screen, triage, and refer out to the appropriate level of care and services. The crisis program is designed to prevent hospitalizations and emergency protective custody by wrapping appropriate services around the individual to allow them the opportunity to remain in the community, therefore it is the Crisis Responder's role to facilitate this.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate closely with school based therapists to coordinate and enroll students in mental health services.
Meet with parents to complete documentation needed to establish mental health services for students.
Facilitate small groups each week in the school setting.
Interact, build rapport, and connect with youth by sharing common experiences and modeling resiliency and recovery.
Support youth involved with DHHS, the justice system, education system, youth, and family services.
Assist youth in understanding components of recovery and resiliency and in applying skills to achieve life goals.

JOB SUMMARY:
Oversees and manages clinical/psychological for the residential treatment facility.

An electrician with 2 to 3 years of experience performing electrical work in a shipyard/industrial environment in accordance with drawings and specifications. Analyzes and corrects electrical problems and repairs and overhauls electrical equipment and controls with the use of periodic supervision and while always adhering to industry safety standards.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Plans details of working procedure by determining replacement needs or new material required and develops a logical approach to correct the problem according to specifications.
2. Analyzes circuits, wiring diagrams and drawings to install, repair, calibrate, service or replace electronic devices and systems.
3. Receives wiring diagrams, specifications, and instructions from supervisors covering emergency and scheduled repairs, installation, and electrical inspection work to be performed.

Verify warranty coverage and claim timelines
Claim Management - prepare and submit and claims in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with manufacturer's warranty claim process
Claim resolution - follow up on denied claims, investigate rejections and resubmit for approval

Develop a calendar to assure timely follow up and payment terms
Work closely with Service Manager, Service Coordinators and other company stakeholders to provide clear communication of claim success rates and timelines

Position Overview:
The Maintenance and Reliability Technician will be responsible for performing technical maintenance and repairs on swine facility equipment and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have expertise in electrical systems, mechanical systems, and general facility maintenance. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work effectively within a team to ensure the smooth operation of swine production processes. The ideal candidate will also suggest process improvements using data supported decision making.

What You Will Do:
* Conduct diagnostic assessments and perform repairs on electrical and mechanical systems within swine facilities, including automated feeding systems, climate control systems, and waste management equipment.
* Execute preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal functioning of all equipment and machinery, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
* Utilize advanced troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve issues promptly, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
* Perform structural repairs and maintenance on facility buildings, including general carpentry, plumbing, and welding tasks.
* Ensure all infrastructure is maintained to high standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
* Perform the maintenance and repair of farm vehicles, ensuring they are in safe working condition.
* Work closely with production staff and other maintenance personnel to coordinate repair and maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to swine production processes.
* Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
* Adhere to all biosecurity protocols and ensure all maintenance activities support the health and welfare of the swine population.
What You Offer Us:
* Minimum of 1 year of maintenance experience preferred, preferably within the agricultural or livestock industries.
* Proficiency in electrical systems, mechanical systems, plumbing, and general facility maintenance preferred. Experience with swine facility equipment is a plus.
* Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and commitment to maintaining high standards of animal welfare and facility operations.

* The targeted base pay range for this role is $21 to $28 an hour with this range reflecting differences in candidate knowledge, skills, and experience.
