Held Corporate Controller and Treasurer roles with publicly traded companies and has led turn-arounds and successful exits as CFO in privately held manufacturing companies. Held senior finance roles in Ireland and Singapore.

I’ve had 20+ years of progressive experience leading highly successful companies in a diverse set of industries. I’m a confident, battle tested CFO/COO. I recruit and mentor talent by utilizing my team building skills to inspire, challenge and empower teams across the globe. Applying a disciplined process, I develop rigorous and consistent benchmarks and metrics to raise the bar of an organization. I utilize critical thinking and intellectual curiosity to make well rounded judgments around how to best scale an organization from both an organic and inorganic standpoint. A Pennsylvania native, I joined PwC in 1990 as a CPA in Philadelphia and then went to work for a company that would be purchased by Rughras AG, Europe’s largest gas company. I was relocated to the greater Boston area where I met my wife in 1993. We migrated to Seattle in 1995 to a series of progressive financial & operations roles with fast-growing companies including Global Seafoods, Blinkx, Altify and RPI. For the past 20+ years, I have served as CFO and/or COO primarily for Private Equity (PE) backed companies and entrepreneurs ranging in revenues from $25M to $175M. As a COO, I have spent several years managing domestic and international manufacturing and supply chain operations. I’ve also led Human Resources, Customer Service, and Information Technology with successful ERP implementations of Infor, Epicor, Workfront, and Salesforce.
