The continual learning aspects.

Cons of working at Atlanta Gastroenterology Associates

Administration blatant favoritism with tones of racial bias. Most disturbing was the management's constant manipulated processes created to maintain division among departmental staff. Gi Specialist gave me no evidence from management to foster cohesiveness i.e. constant turnover throughout the practice especially in management.
