Salary Rate / Pay Rate $160,000-190,000 commensurate with experience Required Qualifications 1. Doctorate Degree: PhD in a field in Arts and Sciences required by the appointment start date. 2. At least two years of administrative responsibilities (e.g., undergraduate program director, graduate program director, associate department chair/school director, department chair/school director). 4. Experience handling faculty annual evaluation, promotion, and tenure processes at the department or program level. 3.
