POSITION SUMMARY
Greet customers when they enter the shop, offer assistance in locating merchandise, and respond to questions regarding merchandise. Display merchandise in a neat, eye-appealing manner. Restock items as necessary, check expiration dates, and discard expired items. Keep storeroom neat and clean. Complete customer purchases, process all payment types, and process returns, refunds, and exchanges. Verify customer identification as required. Maintain appropriate cash levels in cash drawer, turn in all property monies and receipts, and ensure deposits/cash drops are verified. Follow checklist for opening and closing shop. Secure shop and monitor customer activity to prevent losses due to merchandise theft and damage.
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager. Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Reach, bend, twist, pull, and stoop; move, lift, or carry objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds; stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Takes direction and implementation requests from the Site Director on program development, implementation, supervision and outcome measurement. Responsibilities:
* Safety and Security of the passengers, crew and vessel.
* Prudent vessel watch keeping and safe vessel operations, adhering to company and regulatory standards.
* Comprehensive daily inspection of all vessel interior and exterior spaces.
* Supervision and Development of Third Mates, Engineers, and Deckhands.
* Execution of Vessel cleaning, sanitation, maintenance, and logistics.
* Execution of Crew orientation, training, watch standing, and emergency drills.
* Teamwork with Hotel Officers and Service Crew ensuring five-star guest service.
* Administrative documentation of cleaning, sanitation, maintenance, and logistics.
* Leadership of safe, secure, clean, and comfortable onboard environment for passengers and crew.
* Typical Schedule: March - November, 6 weeks on / 3 weeks off or 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off
Qualifications:
* U.S. Coast Guard Mate's license: minimum 100T, desired license 1600T.
* Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC).
* Mate experience on coastal and river waterways: minimum 2yrs, desired 5yrs with Z-drive experience.
* Basic marine engineering knowledge of diesel machinery, hydraulics, and liquid load management.
* Excellent communication skills and team-building skills.
* Pre-employment drug test and continual participation in random testing.

Responsibilities
We are searching for amazing, engaging and dedicated part-time Promotional Specialists. Our Promotional Specialists will represent our newest client, Jägermeister, at events throughout your market, engaging with consumers while building brand love with our target consumers. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a very well-known brand and to help grow its popularity in select markets.
Execute fun theme interactive events with consumers at local events, restaurants, bars and other special events as needed.
Work with the designated Event Manager who will assign each event, train and report results.
Encourage consumers to engage and participate in activation and support featured products and specials.
Distribute marketing materials, promotional items or additional collateral and products provided.
Articulate best practices and trends back to your Event Manager via recap and event photos.
Build brand awareness and help increase client members.
Assist in event setup/breakdown of promotional assets.
Qualifications

Demonstrated level of responsibility and accountability, showing a history of being trusted with tasks both big and small
0 - 5 years of experience in marketing events, hospitality, bartender, brand ambassador, or promo model experience a plus

Required to be 21 years of age or older
Shifts are typically nights and weekends, multiple 2-hour shifts may be available on the same day. Busiest evenings with the most available work are Friday and Saturday
