Free internet
Just the free internet. The benefits are okay but you can do better
I have never worked at a place as petty as Breezeline. They don’t even try to hide the office politics and favoritism. Any and all weakness they have are blamed on the lower level employees. The stress the put on customer care is unreal. Management never takes responsibility for all of the problems and allow the regular employees to take the brunt of abuse from angry customers. Breezeline is also very low-paying. They also cut commission and earning opportunist with little-to-no notice. People depend on a certain amount of money per month and then end up being short-changed because of Breezeline’s broken promises. When Atlantic Broadband changed to Breezeline they sent all of us ball caps in the mail. I tossed mine. I wouldn’t dare wear it it in public for fear of an angry customer approaching me with bad intent.
Nothing.
Micromanagjng, nepotism, cut-throat office politics, low pay, unresponsive, they hire from outside and rarely promote from I within. If thru don't like you, they will give you the silent treatment until you quit.
The free cable and internet. But really, it's no reason to stay. You can get a 100 mbs internet plan and stream.
