Position Accountabilities

* Manages the team's social media responsibilities, and actively monitors all social platforms and online reputational sites through software and responds to complaints, questions or compliments quickly.
* Owns the Involuntary Account Closure (IAC) process for the enterprise, and ensures adherence to IAC policy and procedure.
* Assists or takes ownership of OOTP escalations routed by the Customer Advocate.
* Supports the complaint management system (complaints and expressions of dissatisfaction). Responsible for reviewing for past due events, records completion, and enterprise usage in coordination with Compliance/Risk.
* Partners closely with Compliance, Risk and Legal teams in the resolution of enterprise experience issues.
* Assist with customer communications, both individually and collectively, during identified events.
* Leads OOTP Office Hours for the organization to assist AUB teammates with complaint management or other customer experience needs.
* Own and develops OOTP and complaint management system training, and provides updates and additions as needed, including during M&A and conversion events.
* Provide field-based support and training as needed to support the enterprise.
* Special projects as needed and assigned.

Position Accountabilities
Workorder Tickets: Works furniture and other miscellaneous tickets from submission through completion to satisfy the end use/client, Atlantic Union Bank design standards and all building/ADA codes. Manage between 10-30 active tickets at one time while tracking their progress and providing updates to the requestor of the tickets. Work with various vendors to resolve each request in a timely manner. Coach teammates to provide information needed to efficiently process tickets. Research and gather information through photos, scheduling vendor site visits, etc. from the requestor to provide to vendors to determine repair needs. Coordinate vendor site visits with requestor and physical security application, if needed. Provide vendor escort in local Richmond corporate buildings. For furniture move requests, create existing and proposed furniture drawings to meet all codes for approval by Asset Strategy Manager and LOB contact. Assist in gathering request pricing information for repair requests if an item is not under warranty. Obtain proper purchasing authority and cost centers from the appropriate line of business contact for repairs for billing purposes and maintaining documentation. Complete tickets within the SLA requirements established in the maintenance service ticketing system. Maintain all documentation in the appropriate folders and in the ticketing system.
Project Management: Coordinate vendor site visits with physical security through visitor application. Meet vendors onsite, as needed. Perform and document furniture and artwork punch list. Confirm furniture punch list is completed in a timely manner. Provides updates to the Workplace & Design Manager and Move Coordinator. Oversees the installation of artwork and marketing posters, etc. within Corporate and Consumer branch locations to meet design standards and approval elevations. Perform field surveys and documentation, as needed. Request purchase orders and tracks job costing. Maintains all project documentation in the project folders. Other project management tasks as needed.
Create installation presentations in Adobe Pro, CAD/Revit, and/or PowerPoint based on approved site visits, markups, design concepts, and furniture orders. Lead meetings with end users(s), lines of business, and/or project teams to outline the project SOW and assign tasks for successful furniture and/or art installation. Issue drawings to departments in a timely manner for their vendors to install and/or Workplace and Security Management vendors or Regional Facilities Specialists.
Maintain all project documentation in the appropriate folders. Assist with site visits, surveys, documentation and creating design drawings based on requested work, as needed.
Artwork: Work with art framing vendors to have existing artwork re-matted and reframed to establish standards for reinstallation based on the established schedule. Schedule art handlers to pick up and install artwork based on the AUB design and installation standards. Maintain all project documentation in the appropriate folders. Assist with providing documentation to CAFM Coordinator for the Asset Management module, if needed.
Move Management: Assist the Move Coordinator with move projects as needed. Document floor plan changes including seating changes during a strategic move project. Assist in walking locations to maintain accurate seating assignments on floor plans, as needed.
Meetings: Attend meetings to schedule installations and vendors, as needed.
Travel: Daily, overnight, and consecutive days, as needed based on project requirements

Position Accountabilities

The Director - SOX Compliance Business & IT Controls is responsible for overseeing the design, execution, and continuous improvement of the enterprise-wide Sarbanes-Oxley (“SOX”) compliance program across business processes and IT controls. This role ensures that internal controls over financial reporting (“ICFR”) are designed effectively and operating as intended, in alignment with Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission (“COSO”) and Control Objectives for Information and Related Technologies (”COBIT”) frameworks. As the SOX compliance leader, the role partners closely with IT, Finance, Operations, Internal Audit, and external auditors to ensure the integrity of financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements. The Director will also play a key role in shaping the organization's control environment in alignment with evolving technology and business needs.
Position Accountabilities
Program Oversight
Lead the enterprise-wide SOX compliance program covering both business process controls (“BPCs”) and IT general controls (“ITGCs”) that aligns with best practices and regulatory requirements.
Lead the SOX compliance program's annual scoping, risk assessments, control testing, control rationalization and remediation, as required.
Ensure the ITGC framework aligns with COSO and COBIT standards.
Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
Develop and maintain documentation for Business process and IT controls, including narratives, flowcharts, and risk/control matrices, ensuring consistency across processes and businesses.
Own and maintain the SOX Compliance program Governance Risk and Compliance (“GRC”) platform.
Business Process Controls Management
Collaborate with Finance, Business, and Operations, as well as first, second and third lines of defense teams to ensure key business process controls are designed effectively.
Provide thought leadership on the development and implementation of effective business process controls.
Manage the Finance organization's first line of defense activities, in coordination with the 1FLOD team.
IT Controls and Systems Oversight
Provide thought leadership and oversee in coordination with the IT team, the development, implementation, and management of IT SOX compliance standards, ensuring robust IT controls.
Co-ordinate with the IT management and team, as well as first, second and third lines of defense, to ensure effective design of ITGCs.
Governance & Continuous improvement
Serve as primary liaison between management, internal auditors, external auditors, and other vendors engaged in the execution of the SOX compliance program.
Provide strategic guidance on SOX considerations on automations, optimization, and emerging technologies.
Report regularly to senior leadership and governance committees on SOX status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Conduct ongoing enterprise-wide SOX training for business and process owners.
Monitor regulatory developments and industry trends to ensure the SOX program remains current and effective.
Identify opportunities to streamline controls, eliminate redundancies, and strengthen risk mitigation.
Lead or participate in special projects, as required and assigned.

Position Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Information systems, Accounting, Finance, or related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CISA, CPA, CIA) preferred.
10+ years of experience in SOX compliance, IT audit, or internal controls, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Knowledge & Skills
Deep understanding of Business process controls, ITGCs, application controls, bank IT platforms and associated systems.
Strong understanding of financial reporting, business process and IT internal controls, and SOX Regulatory requirements.
