Summary/Objective:
The Virtual Design Steel Detailers position is responsible for generating models and fabrication drawings for our commercial and industrial construction projects. The candidate should already possess moderate to advanced structural steel manufacturing knowledge, to include materials, shop fabrication, and field installation practices.
Essential Functions:
Reviews Project scope, design drawings, equipment submittals, and specifications for clarification and conflicts/questions in preparation for modeling and detailing.
Works at times directly with customers, engineers and designers, and other departments to convey issues and solutions for projects.
Adheres to applicable codes and company design standards to include current AISC standard practices.
Generates structural steel models and detailed drawings for our commercial and industrial group to include but not limited to structures, catwalks, platforms, stairs, ladders, railings, and supports using current modeling and detailing software.
Generates documentation required for but not limited to planning, purchasing, fabrication, lifting, and installation (Drawings and BOM's)
Generates electronic files necessary for but not limited to manufacturing such as a Python beam line and Plasma table (CNC, Nest Files, and Workorders)
Reviews and revises drawings based on engineering and coordination comments, fabrication needs, and field conditions.
Assist shop and field personnel with questions and extra details as necessary to include some training

Required:
5+ years (Senior 10+ years) of fabrication experience in a shop, field and/or leadership setting within the structural steel environment
Comprehension and ability to read structural steel drawings
Excellent math and geometry skills
Possess a willingness to grow with the job and teambuilding
Good understanding of AWS welding symbols
Proficient in general computer equipment
(Senior) Experience with SDS/2, Tekla, or equivalent software for modeling and manufacturing.
Able to make site visits for information gathering, coordination, and routing solutions.

Summary/Objective:
The Structural Engineer position is primarily focused on mechanical structures and supports for our industrial and commercial divisions (local and national accounts). This position works closely with our Project Leaders and our in-house design teams to provide designs and concepts along with professional guidance when needed. This may include leading or participating in discussions with other stakeholders on designs including stamping any self-performing work. Site visits are expected to collect information on design builds and other verifications from time to time.

Summary/Objective:
ACI's MEP Project Managers oversee all aspects of planning and implementing the delivery of our commercial construction projects, including Mechanical, Plumbing, Sheet Metal, HVAC, Electrical, Fire Protection (sprinkler), and our respective subcontractors. Summary/Objective:
The Assistant Project Manager (APM), will support ACI's field operations on Commercial Construction projects with the primary responsibility of ensuring our field supervision has the materials, equipment and information necessary to effectively complete the scope of work. As an extension of the ACI Senior Project Manager (SPM) and/or Project Manager (PM) the APM is ultimately responsible for understanding and accomplishing the customer's goals while protecting and promoting the interests of ACI and its subcontractors/suppliers in all project related matters.
Essential Functions:
* Assists SPM/PM in the submission and review of permits, proposals, submittals, contracts and change orders
* Reviews specifications and drawings in preparation of subcontractor scopes of work
* Understands contract documents and help identify scope gaps.
* Prepares and distributes project RFI's and Submittals and maintain subsequent logs
* Reviews vendor/supplier's submittals for conformance to contract documents and timely track the submittal process
* Manages project specific materials and equipment purchases including: sourcing, maintaining vendor relations, ordering and tracking deliveries and receiving and processing invoices
* Assists PM with procurement and the buyout process
* Creates and maintains internal project schedules and project tracking reports
* Supports field in expediting schedule, completion of field paperwork and expediting materials to projects
* Assist project superintendent with enforcement of site safety and notifies management of any issues that arise which affects safety, quality, budget and progress of work
* Supports operations and PM with client communications regarding project schedules and milestones
* Maintains good customer relationships
* Assists and supports the PM by attending/scheduling project meetings with ACI's project team, clients, subcontractors, vendors and suppliers
* Prepares and distribute subcontractor and client's meeting minutes
* Attends and setups punch list walk-thru as needed; compile the punch list and forward to PM and Superintendent
* Compiles and provides closeout documentation (turnover packages) to the client at the end of the project (as-built drawings, O&M's, warranties, etc.)
* Establishes good working relationship and foster positive communications with other team members, management, vendors and clients
* Keeps up-to-date on industry trends and developments
* Performs other duties as assigned
Supervisory Responsibility: No
Required:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Construction Engineering or related field, and 3 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience (preferably in a construction environment)
* Intermediate to advanced skill level in Microsoft Office products including Word, Project, Excel, Outlook and PDF Editing software (Bluebeam, Adobe)
* Ability to learn company specific software as needed or required, e.g. Procore and Viewpoint
* Proven track record working with people, teams and projects
* Must be able to multi-task, work with minimal supervision, follow written and oral instructions, show attention to detail and demonstrate problem-solving skills
* Must adhere to all company policy and procedures
* Must be available to work assigned schedules

We are seeking a Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician to join our team. The Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs for various HVAC/R systems in commercial settings, while providing exceptional customer service.
We do NOT work in DC or Maryland.

Responsibilities:
Service and maintain a wide range of commercial HVAC/R systems.
Respond to service calls and troubleshoot issues with HVAC/R systems.
Utilize diagnostic tools, meters, and gauges to analyze system performance and identify root causes of problems.
Develop effective solutions to resolve technical issues and communicate findings and recommended solutions to clients in a clear and concise manner.
Performs repairs on commercial HVAC/R systems.
Completes necessary paperwork with company issued laptop/tablet.
Participates in an on-call rotation.
Safely drives company vehicle, follows requirements of company vehicle driving policy and adheres to all safety requirements.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Service Technician, with the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC/R systems.
Universal EPA certification.
Manufacturer certifications are a plus.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
Solid understanding of electrical circuits and troubleshooting techniques.
Ability to use diagnostic tools, meters, gauges, and other equipment to assess system performance and diagnose issues.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
Basic computer skills.
Must possess a valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.

Summary/Objective:
Works day-to-day assisting Journeymen with the layout, assembly, installation, and repair of pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, air, gas, and drainage systems, according to company standards, specifications and plumbing or mechanical codes.
Essential Functions:
* Cuts or drills holes in walls to permit passage of pipes
* Selects specified type and size of pipe as directed
* Mounts pipe hangers and brackets on walls and ceiling to hold pipe
* Cleans copper
* Loads, transports, unloads and furnishes more experienced mechanics materials, tools, equipment and supplies
* Assists in cleaning work areas and the restocking of supplies and material
* Assists in the lifting, positioning and securing of materials and work pieces during installation
* Focuses on safety and safety practices first and foremost at all task inceptions including safe use of power and hand tools
