Brian Gragnolati is President & CEO of Atlantic Health System. He also serves as Immediate Past Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the American Hospital Association (AHA), dedicated to leading, representing and serving hospitals and health systems in their work to advance the health of individuals and communities.

In 2007 and again in 2015, Brian received the AHA’s Partnership for Action Grassroots Champion Award, recognizing a hospital leader who has effectively educated elected officials on major issues affecting hospitals, while advocating for patients and the community.

With $3 billion in revenue and 17,000 employees, Atlantic Health System serves more than half the state of New Jersey, including 11 counties and 4.9 million people. The system cares for patients at more than 400 sites of care, including Chilton Medical Center in Pompton Plains, Goryeb Children’s Hospital and Morristown Medical Center in Morristown, Hackettstown Medical Center in Hackettstown, Overlook Medical Center in Summit, Newton Medical Center in Newton, Atlantic Rehabilitation Institute, Atlantic Visiting Nurse, Atlantic Ambulance Corporation and Atlantic Medical Group, which employs over 1,100 community-based physicians.

Prior to his tenure at Atlantic Health System, Brian served as Senior Vice President, Community Division of Johns Hopkins Medicine and President and CEO of Suburban Hospital. He previously held executive positions at WellSpan Health, the Medical Center Hospital of Vermont and Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, MA.

Brian holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Systems Analysis from the University of Connecticut, an MBA from Western New England College and an Executive Leadership Certificate from the JFK School at Harvard University. He is an active member of the board of Paper Mill Playhouse. He and his wife, Donna, live in Mendham, New Jersey.

Armond S. Kinsey is a Senior Consultant at KORN FERRY and Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer at Atlantic Health System and is based in City Metropolitan Area, New York City, New York. He has worked as Diversity Coordinator at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, Director at KORN FERRY, and Diversity Coordinator at Office of Diversity & Inclusion. Armond studied at Millersville University of Pennsylvania, Langevin Learning Services Inc, and Villanova University.

Sunil Dadlani is an accomplished global business technology leader who has spent his extensive career in this sector using his expertise to develop and implement complex, global information technology strategies and processes.

He was appointed Vice President, Chief Information Officer in September 2020 and oversees Information Technology for Atlantic Health System. In this role, Mr. Dadlani continues to advance the system’s use of information technology strategies and platforms to help support the delivery of excellent patient care and team member experiences. One particular focus is the management and continued growth and development of the system’s electronic medical record, Epic.

Prior to joining Atlantic Health System, Mr. Dadlani was the Chief Information Officer for the New York State Department of Health. He successfully led the largest public-sector digital business technology transformation, delivering digital health care services to 19 million New Yorkers.

Prior to this, Mr. Dadlani served as the Global Head of Enterprise Business Applications & Digital Transformation at Sony.

Mr. Dadlani earned his MBA in Global Management and a Masters in Computer Science and Information Systems. He is an advisory board member for the NY Health Information Technology (HIT) and Health Information Exchange (HIE).

Kevin Lenahan has served Atlantic Health System in numerous capacities since 1995, and assumed the role as CFO commencing in 2010. Mr. Lenahan is President and Chair of Atlantic Health Management Corp., President of Atlantic Mobile Health, and serves as the Treasurer of the Atlantic Health System Board of Trustees.

Mr. Lenahan is President and CFO of Atlantic Health System Insurance Co. Ltd. , which is an insurance captive of the system, and he has managed the entity along with Legal and Risk Management personnel since its inception. He is operationally responsible for the Atlantic Visiting Nurse.

Mr. Lenahan is also operationally responsible for Atlantic Health System Investment Corp., including: At Home Medical, Atlantic Private Care Services, Eagle Ambulance, Real Estate-residential & commercial properties and the holding company for joint ventures.

Prior to joining Atlantic Health, Kevin worked for Coopers & Lybrand L.L.P.

Mr. Lenahan received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from William Paterson University. He is a Fellow with the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA). He is a member of the New Jersey Society of CPAs.

He is a member of the William Paterson University Board of Trustees and serves as the chairman of their Finance and Audit Committees. Mr. Lenahan has been recognized by Becker’s Hospital Review’s annual list of 150 CFOs to Know for his work helping Atlantic Health System navigate healthcare's financial challenges for the past 3 years. He has been previously recognized by NJ BIZ as CFO of the Year for the large non-profit category.

Nikki Sumpter, SPHR, SCP is a SVP, Chief Human Resources Officer at Atlantic Health System and is based in Fort Worth, Texas. She has worked as Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Learning at John Peter Smith Hospital and Assistant Vice President - Human Resources at Carolinas HealthCare System. Nikki works or has worked as MEMBER at New Jersey Morris-Sussex-Warren Workforce Development and Board Member at March of Dimes. She attended Villanova University between 2010 and 2011 and University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

Terence French is a VP, Chief Strategy Officer at Atlantic Health System.

Mark Calderon, MD is a Chief Medical Officer at Atlantic Health System and is based in City Metropolitan Area, New York City, New York.
