Albert D. Bolles, Ph.D. joined the board of directors in May 2018. He is the CEO of Landec Corporation, a company that designs, develops, manufactures and sells health and wellness products for food and biomaterials markets. Mr. Horowitz was named Elbit Systems of America’s President and CEO in 2007, after serving as Executive Vice President and General Manager of EFW, Inc. In his current role, he leads the strategic and operational direction of the company, and he serves as a member of its Board of Directors. In 2014, 2015 and 2018, The Ethisphere Institute named Elbit Systems of America one of the “World’s Most Ethical Companies,” one of only two Aerospace and Defense companies worldwide to earn this distinction. Mr. Horowitz has been instrumental in leading Elbit Systems of America’s organic growth and strategic acquisitions, resulting in its evolution as a leader in enhancing lethality, survivability and combat readiness for the defense industry. Its commercial aviation division is pioneering global changes in aviation safety by providing low visibility solutions for commercial airlines, cargo carriers, and business jet operators. The company’s advanced security solutions are helping secure America’s borders with 24/7 surveillance coverage. And, for more than 35 years, its medical instrumentation division has been providing engineering and design services and advanced manufacturing capabilities to bring life science instruments to the market. Today, Elbit Systems of America operates in six geographical locations in the U.S., including Texas, New Hampshire, Virginia, Alabama, Florida, and Mississippi. Mr. Reza Meshgin serves as President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Multi-Fineline Electronix, Inc. He joined in June 1989, assumed his current position as our President and Chief Executive Officer in March 2008 and was elected to the Board of Directors in April 2008. Prior to his current role, Mr. Meshgin served as our President and Chief Operating Officer from January 2003 through February 2008, was Vice President and General Manager from May 2002 through December 2003, and prior to that time was our Engineering Supervisor, Application Engineering Manager, and Director of Engineering and Telecommunications Division Manager. Matt Ronet was appointed to Lumileds CEO October 20202. Roney most recently served as President of Lumileds’ Automotive Business Unit. After more than 20 years in leadership roles at automotive and industrial businesses, Mr. Roney brings a broad range of business experience to Lumileds. Prior to joining Lumileds, Roney served as Chief Operating Officer for Stanley Infrastructure, a division of Stanley Black & Decker. Previously, Roney was the President of Paladin Attachments, which was acquired by Stanley Infrastructure. He also spent eight years at TRW Automotive, now known as ZF TRW, in roles of rising responsibility, including Vice President and General Manager of its $2.5 billion Global Steering Business.
