The normal employees are great, friendly and easy to get along with
The management will exploit your willingness to work while under paying for labor, all while saying they can't afford to pay more. With company revenue being $159.3M in 2022. ATD with under 500 employees would spend around $20M if they payed a base rate of 20$ an hour with a revenues gap of $139.3M. They can pay their employees more but ATD cares more about money than the people working for them. I work for the company making under $30k a year before tax. with a revenue per employee being $334k a year, to the company I am only worth 8% of the goods I produce. This company is deplorable.
