Scope of Position
The primary function of a Technical Service Representative is to provide exceptional service and product knowledge, informing customers about the features and benefits of our products, including backflow, valves, and floor heating systems. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong customer relationships in both commercial and residential applications.
This position reports to the Supervisor, Technical Services. This role is hybrid and is based in No. Andover, MA.
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities
Provide service and expert advice on plumbing devices in both residential and commercial applications.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and offer solutions for plumbing-related issues.
Respond to technical inquiries via phone (automated call system), email, and other channels ensuring timely and accurate record-keeping.
Collaborate with management to resolve customer inquiries and provide valuable feedback to product engineering and management.
Guide customers through step-by-step solutions.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or specialized departments.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
Manage support tickets and ensure timely resolution.
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
Contribute to the development of support documentation and knowledge base articles.
Provide feedback to improve support processes.
Collaborate with other support team members.
Stay updated on the latest plumbing products and technology trends.
Take on additional assignments and responsibilities as needed.
Required Qualifications
A minimum of two years of post-secondary technical education or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in technical support/service within the plumbing industry or holding a Journeyman or Master Plumber license.
At least two years of hands-on experience applying skills from trade licenses in Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning.
Strong knowledge of the Uniform Plumbing Code, Southern Plumbing Code, ASSE, and USC Backflow Prevention and Cross-Connection Control.
Previous experience in a Wholesale Plumbing Sales environment is preferred.
Proficiency with the MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Prior experience with ERP systems (e.g., QAD or SAP) is a plus.
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.

Required Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
Current student (sophomore, junior or senior status) actively pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or related degree
Experience using Artificial Intelligence and digital platforms to enhance content
Must be authorized to work in the United States and do not require sponsorship now or in the future
Knowledge of AP style, photography and video production preferred

Watts is seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our growing team within Watts Applied Solutions. This role is responsible for managing and analyzing the company's receivables portfolio to ensure timely collections, accurate billing, and strong cash flow performance. This role supports a global manufacturing environment with multi-currency transactions, complex customer accounts, and cross-functional coordination across regions and business units. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a customer service mindset with deep knowledge of financial systems and manufacturing industry practices.
This role is hybrid and is based in Fort Worth, TX.
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable Management
Monitor, analyze, and reconcile customer accounts to ensure timely collection and accuracy.
Manage invoice generation, adjustments, and credit memos in accordance with company policies.
Proactively follow up with customers on outstanding invoices and resolve payment discrepancies.
Support month-end close activities, including aging analysis, bad debt provisions, and reporting.
Credit and Risk Analysis
Evaluate customer creditworthiness and recommend appropriate credit limits.
Partner with the Credit and Sales teams to manage risk exposure and ensure compliance with company credit policies.
Conduct periodic reviews of customer payment behavior and identify high-risk accounts.
Reporting and Analysis
Prepare regular AR reports, dashboards, and KPIs for management review (e.g., DSO, overdue accounts, cash forecast).
Perform root-cause analysis of payment delays and propose process improvements.
Assist with audit requests, reconciliations, and internal control documentation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to resolve billing issues and customer disputes.
Coordinate with global finance teams to align on regional AR processes and policies.
Participate in process automation and ERP system enhancement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance (or equivalent work experience).
2+ years of experience in dispute resolution.
Strong ability to manage high call volumes and adapt to shifting priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Epicor, Glovia, or other major ERP software.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial data analysis.
Ability to communicate effectively across global teams and with external customers.
Knowledge of international trade terms (Incoterms), tax, and currency transactions is a plus.

More details about the role:
The Product Manager will report to the Head of Product and is part of the Product team. It is remote, with travel as needed to collaborate with teams and hit the sales targets.
The Product Manager - IoT Hardware for Watts Digital will own the strategy, development, and execution of the Watt Digital IoT hardware to enable and drive our portfolio of commercial digital solutions. IoT hardware includes all the sensors and communications related hardware that enables the collection and transmission of data from devices and equipment to the cloud. This includes making build vs. buy decisions, understanding Watts Digital and Business needs, to create a centralized strategy and hardware set for all of Watts.
Product Strategy
Define vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the Watts Digital IoT hardware strategy
Break down the multi-year roadmap into quarterly, iterative increments of measurable value utilizing an agile mindset
Ownership of the Hardware IoT roadmap which is developed by collecting VOC, competitive research, market research, and by partnering with the digital product management and engineering teams, Watts business unit engineering teams, and vendors
Full hardware lifecycle management ownership across a broad portfolio of hardware, including new product introduction, scaling, sustainment, & EOL
Act as the voice of the “customer” across target verticals, with a deep understanding of user personas, pain points, value at stake, and journeys
Identify hardware products and technologies that need to be incorporated into Watts' Digital product roadmap to drive customer value and differentiation
Work with a cross-functional team within Watts Digital and across Watts business units to define requirements and build IoT hardware with the goal of securing product market fit and growth

QUALIFICATIONS:

Create and maintain Business Partner records within SAP S4/HANA including bill-to, sold-to, ship-to, carrier, and agent records
Validate and update critical data elements required for compliance and reporting

Support employees and Watts agents through SAP ERP migration, including developing process documentation and providing training on customer master data requirements
