Ensure STC spares and component availability through coordination with PC supply teams and local warehouses.
Manage and update master data: part numbers, BOMs, task lists, lead times, reorder points, and sourcing logic.
Support new product introductions, product obsolescence, and engineering changes with appropriate updates to inventory and planning strategies.
Generate and maintain KPI reports for planning, customer service levels, inventory performance, and logistics operations.
Communicate proactively with Customer Care and internal stakeholders regarding order status, delays, expedite requests, and supply constraints.
Execute exception management processes for product availability, reprioritizing or converting stock when needed.
Participate in lean activities, 6S, Kaizen, and business process improvement (BPI) initiatives.
Raise purchase requests and source quotes for necessary equipment and services.
Perform general administrative support duties related to service and materials planning.

Qualifications
3+ years of quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment (plastic injection molding or water treatment industry preferred).
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, quality systems and manufacturing best practices.
Hands-on experience with PPAP, FMEA, SPC, root cause analysis and CAPA.
Proficiency with measurement systems, gages, CMMs and other quality tools.
Excellent problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence improvements.
Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
