How You Will Make an Impact:
The Load Out Technician is responsible for remotely loading finished product shipment from the facility, entering new truck data and processing of paperwork in the case of a system failure and other duties to ensure a safe, clean, and orderly work environment. How You Will Make an Impact:
As a Loadout Operator, with guidance and supervision from others, responsible for coordinating movement of trucks within the plant yard, the loading of sand into trucks, preparation of accurate loadout spreadsheets, and completing and submitting Bills of Lading in accordance with guidance and limitations supplied by the company.
Responsibilities:
* Control and direct sand loading operations using computer controls and voice radio
* Monitor and record the quality of sand samples, and make decisions on sand loading based on the quality results
* Ensure load limits are in compliance to DOT Regulation
* Direct the movement of trucks within the plant yard to supply empty trucks to the loading silos; complete truck inspections prior to loading sand
* Update the electronic database to reflect the present disposition of trucks within the plant yard
* Prepare and submit electronic tickets
* Compile and distribute daily operational reports, and record daily silo levels
* Employee will be responsible for inbounding and inspection of all trucks in preparation for the loading of sand
* Duties required include opening/closing pneumatic and box hatches while harnessed to the safe rack
Minimum Requirements:
* Minimum of 1 to 2 years' experience in manufacturing environment involving inventory control, purchasing logistics, and /or shipping preferred
* Demonstrated basic skills in EXCEL (Pivot Tables, spreadsheet manipulation) and PC Proficiency (Microsoft Word and Excel)
* Must have ability to communicate effectively, in English and Spanish, using both written and spoke forms of communication
* Must be self-starter and motivator
* Must be willing to work overtime, weekends and holidays
* Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full time basis
* Must have high safety standard for self and others
* Must be able to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate effectively with others
Physical Demands:
* Regularly required to sit or stand, reach and move about the site/facility.
* Frequently lift 65 lbs. or more.
* Frequently climbs ladders and stairs.

How You Will Make an Impact
The Industrial Electrician performs skilled journey level work with a safety mindset. The Duties of the electrician is to inspect, repair and maintain all electromechanical equipment and instrumentation.
Responsibilities
Install all new electrical and electronic equipment and electrical wiring according to the National Electrical Code and Atlas Sand electrical standards
Inspect, maintain, repair and overhaul electromechanical and solid state electrical equipment, using a variety of electrical test equipment, meters, powered and non-powered tools and equipment
Perform high voltage switching and operate generators in support of operations
Perform all work safely
Lead a work party in performing maintenance or repair work
Perform all work in compliance with applicable codes, standards, safety and environmental regulations
Responsible for lockout/tagout procedures
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Methods, equipment and materials used in the electrical trade
Knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations
Applicable laws, codes, regulations, policies and procedures
Principles of electronic theory as applied to electrical and electronic circuits, wiring and electrical equipment
Theory of operation and use of PLC units and other computer-based equipment
Working knowledge of blueprints, shop drawings and sketches
Ability to work independently with little supervision and/or direction
Install, including programming and troubleshooting PLC based equipment
High School Diploma or GED required
Completion of a recognized vocational education program in electrical/industrial electrical/industrial training OR completion of Electrical Apprenticeship Program
Minimum of Five (5) years' recent industrial electrician experience
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:
Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear
Required to stand; walk; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, sit and climb or balance
Must regularly lift and/or move up to ten pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to fifty pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than one hundred pounds
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
Capable of working a rotating shift, 14 on 7 off rotating between days and nights.
Must be able to tolerate conditions associated with no air conditioning or heat
