How You Will Make an Impact We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of Gas Engine Power Plant construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in power plant engineering, construction management, and project execution. This role requires leadership, coordination, and technical expertise to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and execution strategies. Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams, including engineers, Direct Hire Construction Supervision, contractors, suppliers, and consultants. Contract & Stakeholder Management: Oversee contract negotiations, risk management, and stakeholder communications. Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations, environmental policies, and industry standards. Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project expenditures and financial performance. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare progress reports, risk assessments, and compliance documentation. Qualifications & Experience: Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil), Construction Management or equivalent experience. PMP or equivalent certification is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years in power plant construction, with at least 3 years in project management roles. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of natural gas engines, balance of plant (BOP), EPC contracts, and construction methodologies. Strong knowledge of electrical power distribution systems at various voltages, electrical equipment, switchgear controls, grounding design, and a thorough understanding of National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Software Proficiency: MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and project management tools. Certifications: PMP or equivalent preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Guaranteed Max Price, Lump Sum and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects. Familiarity with international power plant standards (ISO, ASME, API, IEC, IEEE, OSHA, etc.). Knowledge of contract management and FIDIC contracts. The Industrial Maintenance Mechanic provides technical support for the safe and efficient operation of terminal and logistics equipment with limited supervision. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Pre-start checks Start-up, park-up, shutdown and communication procedures are carried out in accordance with manufacturers' and/or site requirements. In case of emergency, understand and follow emergency procedures. Responsible for safe operating practices, including operating controls, monitoring gauges and systems, conducting safety checks and use of two-way radio. Equipment is operated within vehicle limitations as specified by the manufacturer and/or site requirements. Ensure the machine is operated in a manner that maximizes tire life and equipment life. Records are maintained in accordance with site requirements. Loading and hauling operations are carried out with all types of materials in all weather conditions by day and night; within safety requirements and accurate delivery of material to assigned dump location. Work is completed in accordance with the agreed plan and outcomes and within the operating capacities of the equipment. Zero equipment damage due to negligence or not following procedure. Report any safety or mechanical problems with the equipment in accordance with company procedures. Perform other work required or as directed.
