The Director, Business Development - Strategic Enterprise Accounts is a newly created, high-impact role responsible for expanding Atlas's presence within large commercial and industrial organizations that rely on highly reliable, mission-critical power generation solutions. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Market Development & Growth

Required

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES
* Conducts daily dock, ship support operations including acting on behalf of the terminal as a Person in Charge (PIC) of cargo transfers supporting a 24/7 LNG Plant and Marine Terminal environment where conscientious compliance to policy, procedures, safety, and dedication is essential.
* Monitors controls and standards to ensure safe and efficient marine LNG operations and adherence to approved policies, procedures, government regulations and shipping protocols associated with general marine operations and marine LNG operations.

* Assists in coordinating arrival, loading/unloading and departure of LNGC's at the terminal.
* Assists in the daily dock operations including:

* Tug, dispatch and coordination of daily activities for all CCL contract tugs (4).

* Conducts or otherwise participates in periodic Bathymetric surveys of Berth and Construction Dock Basins as directed.
* Oversight and daily coordination of Marine department third party contracts such as: tugs, dredge, line handling & cargo surveyors to include dispatch, maintenance scheduling, crew changes, fueling and compliance to Cheniere's contractor safety protocols.
* Accurately track all marine activates to provide companywide analysis of KPI's that drive business decisions.
* Communicates with local pilots' association and shipping agents in regard to shipping traffic, weather related transit issues to make decisions and recommendations to key stakeholders within the organization regarding a shipping activity.
* Executes the Declaration of Security (DOI) with all ships and maintains awareness of current security posture and local US Coast Guard MARSEC conditions.
* Represents terminal as Person in Charge of LNG cargo transfers on an as needed basis.

WORK CONDITIONS
Coordinator will be on a shift rotation.

Must be able to board a ship or other vessel via a gangway or ladder, climb to the top of a tank (200+ steps), scale vertical steel ladder up to forty feet or more in height, and lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

Job Description
The CES ROC Operator position is responsible for safely operation and monitoring of photovoltaic solar power and Battery Storage plants located around the United States. This schedule will require you to work weekends and holidays. Additionally, this will transition into a Dupont schedule in Q1 2026. Specific knowledge or work experience relating to Solar and BESS operations is not required but preferred.
Key Responsibilities
• The ROC Operator is responsible for directing, monitoring and coordinating the operation of CES Solar, BESS, and wind assets from the 24/7 Operations Control Center
• The ROC Operator ensures that operations comply with all applicable North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) standards and practices for Medium Impact Assets
• The ROC Operator will need to work independently with guidance only in complex situations
• Monitor real-time control center operations and the performance of CES's fleet of managed assets while applying established procedures in order to guarantee safety of company assets and personnel while maximizing availability and generation
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and contractual requirements through adherence to all operational procedures, processes, and policies
• Report and document the status of forced and planned plant outages to Regional Transmission Organization / Independent System Operators (RTO/ISO)

Role Summary
The project scheduler is responsible for creating, updating and maintaining the overall project schedule. The scheduler will need to coordinate with project contractors, suppliers the project team to develop, update and maintain up to a level 5 detailed schedule. The scheduler will coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning teams and all of the project Contractors and Suppliers.
The Scheduler will coordinate with the project controls team to understand the appropriate and allocated timelines for project activities and update the team with progress status. Key Responsibilities:
Management of the construction site, Cost Management, Time Management, Quality Management, Contract Administration, Safety Management, defining the responsibilities and management structure of the project site team, organizing and leading by implementing project controls, defining roles and responsibilities and developing communication protocols, and identifying elements of project design and construction likely to give rise to disputes and claims.
• Where necessary support the transition from Development to execution of the project, this may include permitting, detailed design or contract negotiations.

Essential Duties:
Able to operate semi and 1-ton truck safely through various types of terrain pulling flat bed semi-trailers and gooseneck trailers hauling equipment
Willingness to workday shift or night shift as needed
Maintain accurate work tickets based on the TETRA's requirements
An understanding of basic maintenance concepts is required
This position requires various types and levels of job related training with respect to the operation of the equipment, TETRA's Procedures and other specialized training as required by regulatory agencies and TETRA
Performs and assumes other duties and responsibilities as may be required by immediate supervisor
Adheres to TETRA's policies and work requirements
Requirements:
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
EXPERIENCE: 1+ Years of Verifiable Commercial Driving Experience in an oilfield environment
LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS: Class A CDL Driver's License, Valid DOT Medical Card
TRAVEL: 20% depending on job site
OTHER:
Submit to and satisfactorily complete pre-employment background, medical, alcohol, and drug screening
Must possess a valid Driver's License
Able and willing to work a rotating shift schedule that includes nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime (if applicable)
Able and willing to work in inclement weather, climb structures, perform work at heights, and in enclosed spaces
Able and willing to work both independently in remote locations and in a team environment
