Shannon Ralston is the Founder, President and CEO of Angel Staffing, Inc. with the responsibility for overseeing all aspects of the business from marketing to government contract obligations. Shannon began her college career at the University of Akron on an Army ROTC scholarship and graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and a minor in Military Science and History at East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma. Prior to starting Angel Staffing, Shannon worked in healthcare as a Registered Nurse specializing in Oncology and Bone Marrow Transplants.

As President and CEO of Travel Nurse Across America, Gene leads a dynamic group of healthcare staffing professionals whose dedication to outstanding personal service and long-term relationship building has helped the agency emerge as an industry leader. Gene joined TNAA in January 2008 following a 27-year career as a Certified Public Accountant practicing at both the national and local levels, serving primarily the healthcare industry. He is a Certified Medical Practice Analyst (CMPA), as well as a founding board member and current president of the National Association of Travel Healthcare Organizations (NATHO). Gene is also a frequent speaker at national industry conferences.
