KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Current RDMS or must be registry eligible and registered within one year of eligibility. Current state licensure or permit to practice medical imagining. Position Summary We are seeking a full-time Electrocardiograph (EKG) Technician based in Houston, TX, for a remote position. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, clinically skilled, and passionate about improving patient outcomes through accurate data review and exceptional service. You'll play a vital role in analyzing ECG data, communicating findings to physicians, and supporting patients in the use of Artella's monitoring devices. Comprehensive training and ongoing clinical support are provided. Key Responsibilities Review, analyze, and interpret ECG data using Artella's proprietary quality analysis tools within established timelines. Notify physicians promptly of patient EKG findings per notification protocols. Contact patients to assess symptoms associated with urgent or symptomatic rhythms. Send finalized reports to practices or hospitals as requested. Assist patients with supply orders, education, and device troubleshooting. Maintain ongoing communication with clinical team members and external partners. Ensure all professional certifications remain current. Represent Artella with professionalism and empathy in every interaction. Participate in scheduled rotations including two weekend shifts per month and holiday coverage as assigned.
