This role is ideal for someone with 5 - 8 years of HRBP experience who is data-driven, deeply attuned to people and culture, and energized by designing and scaling impactful people programs. About the Role We're seeking a Senior Implementations Manager to own the end-to-end deployment of our leave experience software platform for enterprise customers. This is a critical role at the intersection of customer success, product, and engineering-you'll be the quarterback ensuring complex implementations are delivered successfully for some of the world's most innovative and admired employers. You'll be the primary point of contact for large enterprise customers during implementation, managing multiple stakeholders across employee benefits, HR, IT, and legal teams. Given our early stage, you'll work closely with engineering on assigned implementations, translating customer requirements into technical specifications while maintaining project momentum. What you'll do Project management/leadership Serve as day-to-day contact and project manager for enterprise implementations, coordinating across multiple customer stakeholders and internal teams. Develop and manage detailed project plans in collaboration with customers and engineering, ensuring on-time delivery. Lead implementation kickoff meetings, serving as a change management guide to establish clear goals, set expectations on scope, timeline, responsibilities, and effectively frame the value proposition to drive user adoption. Manage multiple active implementations and projects spanning a variety of use-cases, complexity, and customer team size Keep key customer stakeholders informed of major milestones, risks, and decisions. Leave program expertise Demonstrate deep understanding of leave of absence and disability programs-including FMLA, state leave laws (CA, NY, WA, etc.), STD/LTD, and employer-specific policies. Gather and document customer requirements, translating customer-specific leave policies and business rules into clear specifications for design and engineering teams. Advise customers on best practices for leave experience design and product set-up and configuration. Stay up to date on federal, state, and local leave law changes and industry trends, proactively advising customers and internal product teams on potential impacts and necessary product adaptations. Product configuration & design Partner with design team to create mockups and prototypes that reflect the customer's desired employee and administrator experience. Lead customer review sessions to refine the product experience and gather feedback that drives product improvements and customer success. Balance customer customization requests with product scalability considerations. Technical coordination Work with engineering on product integrations with HRIS systems, benefits administration systems, and third-party administrators. Work with product management on customer requests for new features. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify implementation steps that can be automated or enhanced with AI, building toward a more scalable platform. Develop customer UAT test cases and facilitate UAT prior to launch. Troubleshoot implementation issues and serve as liaison between customers and technical teams. Customer enablement Design and execute a structured customer communications and enablement playbook to ensure the successful transition from the customer's current state to the post launch future state. Create and deliver tailored enablement content. Support internal champions at the customer organization to stimulate adoption. Host live training sessions or webinars for customer teams and users. Formalize the handoff to Customer Success by partnering to create a comprehensive "Success Plan" that outlines the customer's business goals, key stakeholders, unique configurations, and potential areas for future growth. Position Summary: As Firefly's advances development candidates into IND-enabling studies, the Senior / Executive Director, Translational Science will help us to build a bridge between our science and the clinic. This leader will be responsible for designing and executing the translational strategy for our DACs, with a focus on biomarker development, patient selection strategies, and defining the data package for IND-enabling studies. They will guide a small team dedicated to understanding the clinical potential of our molecules, ensuring each program is rigorously de-risked and positioned for success in clinical trials. This individual will report directly into the Chief Scientific Officer. Key Responsibilities & Focus Areas: Biomarker Strategy * Assess target engagement and establish "proof of MOA" that our DACs are working similarly in patients as they have in preclinical models. Identify specific characteristics that could enable us to select patients who are more likely to respond to our molecules. * Direct Assay Development & Optimization: Identify, design, plan and establish cell-based and biochemical assays and support the team in assay development and optimization. * Oversee Target Expression Analysis: Lead efforts for evaluation of antigen and target expression in cells and tissues. Exposure-Response Analysis * Define the relationship between dose, target coverage, and clinical response to guide our human dose selection and escalation strategy. * Address specific challenges associated with E-R analysis of DACs, such as assessment of target degradation in clinical samples. Operational Execution * Oversee in-house assay development (working with the Biology team), manage assay transfer/establishment/troubleshooting with clinical labs and work with CROs to perform immunogenicity testing, toxicology assessments and PK/PD modeling. * Author/review key regulatory documents, including the Pharmacology and Pharmacokinetics Written Summaries, Lab Manuals and the Investigator's Brochure (IB). Leadership * Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of scientists and establish a culture of innovation, accountability, and scientific excellence. * Advise on portfolio decision-making by providing expert biological insights and contributing to governance discussions. About the Role: Planet is working on the next generation small satellite bus that will host a high resolution optical imaging payload (Pelican) and a hyperspectral payload (Carbon Mapper). About the Role: Planet's Flight Software Team is responsible for all of the embedded software that powers our diverse fleet of Superdove, Skysat, Pelican, and Tanager satellites. About the Role We are seeking a Robotics Mechanical Design Engineering Intern to support the development of our next-generation robotic manufacturing platform. Atomic Machines is ushering in a new era of micromanufacturing with its Matter Compiler technology. This full-stack technology enables new classes of micromachines to be designed and built by offering manufacturing processes and a materials library that is inaccessible to semiconductor manufacturing methods. About The Role: We are seeking a process engineer to design novel chemical and electrochemical-based fabrication workflows to manufacture market-defining commercial devices. In this role you will leverage your hands-on experience of electrochemical processing, chemical formulation, and materials characterization to develop high-performance microsystems. You will apply your first-principles understanding of electrochemistry and materials, incorporating a blend of conventional and novel etching and plating techniques. The ideal candidate has familiarity with electrochemical processes and is eager to learn and deepen their skill set in these areas. Candidates with experience in batteries and other energy storage or conversion devices will only be considered if they also possess experience in electrochemical processing methods, such as etching and plating. Reporting directly to the VP, Device & Process Engineering, you will be the executive responsible for the development of Atomic Machines' digital manufacturing "Nodes," each of which implements a class of physical manufacturing process, as a fully automated digital machine built upon our robust hardware and software platform that enables sophisticated interaction with all other Nodes, ultimately manifesting in the Matter Compiler (MC). You will lead a team of exceptional principal-level mechanical engineers (both ICs and ICMs) to design and build the Nodes -- from initial prototypes and DoEs through to commercial readiness -- required for the launch of our first product and beyond, and your team will work in the context of our fully operational Hybrid Fab, which provides a unique agile development/deployment environment for all aspects of the MC.
