The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of UEM solutions to ensure the efficient deployment, security, and management of all endpoints across the organization, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and IoT devices. Key Responsibilities: Unified Endpoint Management: * Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of UEM solutions to enhance endpoint management across the organization. * Develop and enforce policies and best practices for endpoint configuration, security, and compliance. * Monitor and analyze endpoint performance metrics to ensure optimal functionality and user experience. * Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve endpoint-related issues. Portfolio Management: * Create and execute a strategic roadmap for UEM initiatives that align with organizational goals and objectives. * Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation for the UEM portfolio. * Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on portfolio performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. * Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback for continuous enhancement of UEM services. Vendor Management: * Collaborate with vendors and service providers to evaluate and implement UEM solutions. * Negotiate contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing with vendors to ensure the best value for the organization. * Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in UEM to inform strategic decisions. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. * Proven experience in unified endpoint management, mobile device management (MDM), and endpoint security. * Strong understanding of UEM tools and technologies (e.g., Microsoft Endpoint Manager, VMware Workspace ONE, etc.). * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. * Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is a plus.
