**_What Finance Operations contributes to Cardinal Health_** Finance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization's assets.
Finance Operations is responsible for core financial operation processes. This can include customer and vendor contract administration; customer and vendor pricing, rebates, billing vendor chargeback research and reconciliation; processing vendor invoices and employee expense reports for payment; fixed asset accounting for book and tax records; cash application; and journal entries.

**_Responsibilities_**
+ Manage a team of Cardinal Health and Genpact individuals who oversee the entirety of the GPO Admin Fees and Rebates set up and report creation functions, including P&L accruals, rebate setups within SAP Vistex and ad hoc reporting for key internal and external stakeholders. Responsible for the month end accounting close process.
+ Ensure GPO Admin Fees and Rebates are properly accounted for based on core accounting principles
+ Own first level review/approval responsibilities for non-standard rebate structures to ensure proper audit documentation is maintained and proper approvals are received
+ Oversee key rebate accuracy and timeliness CSLs and KPIs
+ Partner with cross-functional teams to research and resolve root cause issues impacting rebate accuracy or ability to set up Rebates and GPO Admin Fees timely; apply big picture knowledge to assess and interpret financial impact of process changes and resulting driver outcomes of GPO Admin Fee/Rebate set up changes
+ Foster a strong SOX internal control structure and seek opportunities for improvements, including build out of SOP processes and project development
+ Transform current payout and reporting process into Vistex implementation and go-forward build/upkeep
+ Develop plans for future systematic enhancements
+ Assist team with more complicated customer and transaction activities; oversee escalations to ensure closure in a timely manner
+ Partner with and be a thought-provoking leader to business partners across the organization to properly account for transactions, including but not limited to Sales, Legal, Finance, Pricing, Accounting and Contracting
+ Actively collaborate and support cross-functional team initiatives to improve customer experience, both internally and externally
+ Establish team and individual-oriented goals for growth and development
**_Qualifications_**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Management, preferred
+ CPA preferred
+ 8+ years of professional experience in related field, preferred, including Accounting, Finance, or Audit, preferred
+ Accounting and Finance acumen
+ Ability to lead a new team and influence others
+ Knowledge with SAP and legal contracts (revenue recognition standards is a plus)

**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Reports to RN Manager
+ Assess the health status of members as within the scope of licensure and with the frequency established in the model of care
+ Establish goals to meet identified health care needs
+ Plan, implement and evaluate responses to the plan of care
+ Work collaboratively the multidisciplinary team to engage resources and strategies to address medical, functional, and social barriers to care
+ Works closely with mental health clinicians to help bridge the gap between mental and physical health
+ Consult with the patient's PCP, specialists, or other health care professionals as appropriate
+ Assess patient needs for community resources and make appropriate referrals for service

Registered Nurses in the Optum at Home program work with patients primarily in their home setting. They perform as part of a care team including a Nurse Practitioner, Behavioral Health Advocate, Care Navigator and other supporting team members. They deliver role appropriate patient care through in-home visits, telephonic outreach and consultations, and interdisciplinary team activities.
The Field Case Manager RN may perform care and counsel of the ill, injured, or infirm, in the promotion and maintenance of health with individuals, groups, or both throughout the life span. They help to manage health problems and coordinate health care for the Optum at Home patients in accordance with State and Federal rules and regulations and the nursing standards of care. This includes (but is not limited to) assessment of health status, development and implementation of plan of care, and ongoing evaluation of patient status and response to the plan of care. Clinical management is conducted in collaboration with other care team members.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Reports to RN Manager
* Assess the health status of members as within the scope of licensure and with the frequency established in the model of care
* Establish goals to meet identified health care needs
* Plan, implement and evaluate responses to the plan of care
* Work collaboratively the multidisciplinary team to engage resources and strategies to address medical, functional, and social barriers to care
* Works closely with mental health clinicians to help bridge the gap between mental and physical health
* Consult with the patient's PCP, specialists, or other health care professionals as appropriate
* Assess patient needs for community resources and make appropriate referrals for service
* Facilitate the patient's transition within and between health care settings in collaboration with the primary care physician and other treating physicians
* Completely and accurately document in patient's electronic medical record
* Provide patients and family members with counseling and education regarding health maintenance, disease prevention, condition trajectory and need for follow up as appropriate during each patient visit
* Verify and document patient and/or family understanding of condition, plan of care and follow up recommendations
* Actively participate in organizational quality initiatives
* Participate in collaborative multidisciplinary team meetings to optimize clinical integration, efficiency, and effectiveness of care delivery
* Maintain credentials essential for practice, to include licensure, certification (if applicable) and CEUs

Years of post-high school education can be substituted/is equivalent to years of experience.
Required Qualifications:
* Current unrestricted licensure as RN in Ohio
* 2+ years of relevant experience
* Experience in assessing the medical needs of patients with complex behavioral, social and/or functional needs
* Demonstrated ability to work with diverse care teams in a variety of settings including non-clinical settings (primarily patient homes)
* Proven solid computer skills, including use of electronic medical records
* Ability to travel 100% of the time for field-based work within 60 miles of residence
* Valid driver's license
* Access to reliable transportation that will enable you to travel to client and/or patient sites within a designated area

The primary role of the Home Infusion Nurse is to provide clinical care and education to home-based patients receiving a wide range of parenteral medications dispensed from Optum Infusion Pharmacy (the "Company"). The most common route of administration is intravenous, however medications may also be given via subcutaneous infusion or injection, intramuscular injection, or intraspinal (intrathecal and epidural) infusion. Service delivery takes place in patient homes and also in ambulatory infusion suites, where available. All infusion services and medication delivery is provided in accordance with Optum Infusion Pharmacy policies, procedures and therapy-specific protocols, and based on comprehensive orders received from a physician or licensed practitioner. The Home Infusion Nurse fills an integral role in the clinical operations of the organization, working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team needed to prepare, deliver and seek reimbursement for the infusion therapy that is safely and effectively administered to each patient.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Establish and maintain positive clinical rapport with patients and their families, working closely with them in the provision of infusion therapy, education related to self-care and self-administration, and clinical monitoring of patient response to therapy
+ Assess patient appropriateness for home infusion therapy, including safety of the home environment, availability of caregiver support, and willingness of patient and/or caregivers to become as independent in therapy administration and monitoring of response to therapy as possible
+ Obtain and document patient's medical history at the start of care and ongoing, particularly as related to the diagnosis being treated with the prescribed infusion therapy
+ Complete all required clinical documentation thoroughly and timely, including nursing plans of care (POC), plans of treatment (POT), visit notes, clinical summaries, medication profiles, discharge summaries and any updates provided to members of the patient's care team, as well as obtaining patient and/or caregiver signatures on relevant consents and required forms
+ Participate in case conferences as needed to comprehensively plan patient care with the multi - disciplinary care team
+ Provide skilled care to patients of varying ages and medical conditions, as outlined in the plan of care and in accordance with physician orders and the plan of treatment
+ Establish, secure and maintain vascular access devices as prescribed, including (but not limited to) peripheral IV (PIV) placement, PICC and tunneled central venous catheter dressing changes, and implanted port access
+ Administer medications as prescribed, performing therapy-specific clinical assessments in accordance with the Company's policies, procedures and protocols, which may include frequent vital sign monitoring, management of acute infusion reactions, monitoring of side effects, and procurement of laboratory specimens
+ Communicate observations of patient response to therapy and overall physical assessment/condition with members of the care team in a timely manner, which may include the nursing supervisor, dispensing pharmacist, registered dietitian, and licensed prescriber, among others
+ Establish collaborative relationships with home health agencies (HHAs) delivering services on behalf of / or in conjunction with the Company, providing agency education and support as requested by the nursing supervisor
+ Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of infusion therapies administered in the home and ambulatory infusion center, utilizing Company policies, procedures and protocols in addition to all available training resources to ensure understanding of each therapy before initiating treatment
+ Maintain current nursing licensure in all states in which patients are serviced, as required by the respective State Boards of Nursing and/or Department of Health
+ Comply with all State and Federal regulations and laws, including employee health and safety protections mandated by the Occupational Safety and Health
+ Administration (OSHA), patient privacy and data security required by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), as well as all home infusion standards of practice
+ Complete all training required upon hire and annually per policy, including cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification
+ Serve as a professional representative of the Company when meeting with and/or providing education to external customers, payers and referral sources

+ Operates the agency so that it performs within budget and demonstrates week over week increase in billable hours
+ Reviews weekly operations reports, weekly metrics, productivity, and agency financial statements to ensure the organization is on target with budgeted goals. Follows up, addresses issues, and implements action plans as appropriate to meet goals
+ Ensures compliance with billing and payroll timelines
+ Ensures that all authorizations for services are obtained timely and entered into the billing system
+ Ensures that patients are scheduled for authorized hours and that all schedules are entered into the billing system on a timely basis
+ Responds to and effectively deals with patient and employee complaints and problems
+ Participates in the QAPI program. Ensures follow-up on any required action plans
+ Accessible and available during all hours in which services are being provided to patients

**Required Qualifications:**
+ Current driver's license, vehicle insurance and access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation
+ Must meet the professional licensure and state qualifications required for the specific provider locations assigned
+ Ability to work flexible hours as required to meet identified client's needs
+ Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client
+ Able to work independently
+ Good communication, writing, and organizational skills
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ 1+ years of Home and Community Based Services management experience
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $112,700 to $193,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
