Billy Ooten is a Chief engineer at Atrium Hospitality and is based in Cincinnati, Ohio. He studied at Felicity-Franklin High School between 1968 and 1978.

Strong professional with a Certification focused in Electrical from Florida State College--Jacksonville.

Experienced Finance Professional with a demonstrated history of working in the hospitality industry. Skilled in Business Partnering, Strategic Planning, Cash Flow, Budgeting, Business Planning, Analytical Skills, and Accounting. Graduated with an Executive MBA from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business in May of 2018.

Clay Bramhall is a Dual Chief Engineer at Atrium Hospitality and is based in Greater Clarksville Area. He attended Kansas State University.

FERNANDO Saenz works at Atrium Hospitality and a Chief Enfginer at Atrium Hospitality and is based in San Marcos, Texas.

Joel Schira is a Regional Facilities Manager | Atrium Hospitality at Atrium Hospitality, Chief Engineer at JQH Hotels, and Chief Engineer at Atrium Hospitality and is based in 12735 Morris Road Ext Suite 400, Alpharetta, Georgia. He has worked as Chief Engineer at Hilton Ft Collins CO and Chief Engineer at Embassy Suites Des Moines IA.

Sean Barrett is a Chief Engineer at Atrium Hospitality.

Warren Cruz is the Chief Financial Officer for Sightline Hospitality

Prior to joining Sightline, he was the Chief Accounting Officer the Relevant Group and before that, Vice President of Finance and Accounting for Atrium Hospitality and is responsible for all accounting and technology aspects of Atrium Hospitality. As a member of Atrium’s Executive Team, he is actively involved in strategic decision making and policies of the organization.

He joined Atrium from Commune Hotels, where for four years he held Controller, Regional Controller, and Corporate Director of Internal Audit positions. As Director of Internal Audit, Warren is responsible for implementing financial policies and procedures and monitoring compliance.

Prior to Commune Hotels, Warren worked for Morgans Hotel Group for seven years, progressing through various management and property executive level positions, eventually ending in the Corporate Office as Special Projects Controller. As special projects Controller, Warren is responsible for transitioning properties in and out of portfolio, including stints in London, Puerto Rico and New York. Warren started his career with Noble House Hotels and Resorts as a Staff Accountant and ultimately becoming property controller.

Actively involved in the hospitality industry, Warren was the immediate Past President, and present Board member of the Valley of the Sun Chapter of the Hospitality Finance and Technology Professionals (HFTP) and is a Certified Internal Auditor with the Institute of Internal Auditors.
