I really love working at Atrium the management intentionally seeks information from all employees on what the needs are and what is not working so well. Dr. Bricking is approachable and takes what we, as nurses, tell him seriously. And this trickles down as an example to all management.
The only thing I do not love is new employees, especially in nursing,( new nurses) start making the same or more as nurses who have worked here for years. Some of this I am sure is due to the shortage in nursing but it is a little disappointing to dedicated employees.
I have to say my favorite thing is the work environment. It is a place where you LOVE going to work everyday.
The best thing about the CEO and leadership at Atrium is their approachability. Leaders you can talk to and who seek out your input are invaluable.
The only thing I would change is to make sure long term employees are compensated accordingly.
I prepared for the interview but updating my resume and practicing interview skills and questions.
I would think it is about average.
I believe all demographics are valued and represented.
The most fulfilling part working at Atrium is knowing I can care for patients knowing that leadership values and backs me as an employee.
