Pros of working at Atrius Health

The fact that the company really ensures that everything done for the patient is reflective of its mission statement. I also love the fact that this same treatment is dedicated to the employees. Everyone is so positive and supportive.

Cons of working at Atrius Health

At this time, I don’t really have anything that I can say I don’t like. The only area for improvement that I’d like to see is an upgrade in the facility.

The benefits package is overall excellent however, I benefit the most from the health insurance.

EVERYBODY there is a pawn. The work politics & culture there has deteriorated rapidly over the past decade- and sadly so has much of the untrained staff

Management. Disorganized. Sometimes you find things out from the patients before the supervisor and that's very unprofessional. Pay is not great either.
