Position Summary:
The Buyer II provides and supports critical functions including purchasing and inventory control. The Buyer II works daily with supply chain and manufacturing to support lean inventory and procurement strategies for purchased material. Automation & Controls Support

Facilities Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
System Design & Optimization:
* Design and implement upgrades or modifications to facility infrastructure to meet production demands.
* Evaluate and improve energy efficiency and resource utilization.
Compliance & Safety:
* Ensure all facility operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including environmental, health, and safety standards.
* Conduct risk assessments and implement safety improvements for equipment and infrastructure.
Project Management:
* Plan and execute facility-related projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with contractors and vendors.
* Provide technical support for new equipment installations and facility expansions.
Troubleshooting & Repairs:
* Lead troubleshooting efforts for facility equipment failures and implement effective corrective actions.
* Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
Documentation & Reporting:
* Maintain detailed records of facility systems, equipment manuals, and maintenance schedules.
* Prepare regular reports on system performance, maintenance activities, and energy usage.
Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
* Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in facilities engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or foundry environment.
* Technical Skills:
* Proficiency in CAD software and facility management systems.
* Strong understanding of foundry processes and associated facility requirements.
* Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
* Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE) license or Certified Facility Manager (CFM) preferred.
* Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:
* Exposure to high temperatures, noise, and dust in a foundry environment.
* May require standing, walking, and climbing for extended periods.
* Occasional after-hours work for emergency repairs or maintenance.
