This position executes, achieves and maintains the core functions of distribution and warehouse as a Warehouse Attendant, achieves and maintains quality and efficiency standards in the warehouse, receiving and distribution.
This role pays an hourly rate of $29.63 (per CBA).
Benefits as per the union agreement.
This position will remain open until April 17, 2026.
Responsibilities
Essential Duties:
Unload incoming deliveries per quality work instructions
Opens boxes, and other containers, using company approved hand tools, i.e. company issued box cutters.
Convey products and items from receiving areas to storage (i.e., coolers, shelves, etc.) or to other designated areas by hand, pallet jack, or other.
Sort and place product or items on racks, shelves, coolers or bins according to predetermined sequence, such as date of expiration, size, type or product code.
Fill requisitions, work orders, or request for product or other stock items and distribute in a timely manner per work instructions.
Assemble orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves.
Verify quantities, record amount of product or items received or distributed and shortages and damages.
Keep warehouse/product storage areas in order
Unload incoming deliveries per quality work instructions and verifies against packing slip.
Maintain consistent communication with Purchasing Department Director, Manager's and Lead regarding new items, change of brand names, change of location, count, incoming shipments, etc.
Uses proper and safe methods when operating all warehouse equipment, i.e. pallet jacks.
Notify manager of "out of stocks".
Follow directions from Managers/Warehouse Lead
Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications

Educational Requirement:
Must have a High School Diploma/GED
Must have sufficient math ability to accurately add, subtract, divide, multiply and perform other basic business math calculations.
Must speak, be able to read and understand English well enough to converse with customers, supervisor's and employees.
Understand written and oral direction and communicate effectively with others.
Two (2) years warehouse experience with previous electric pallet jack experience.
Skills and Abilities:
Must possess good organizational skills
Must have ability to follow directions and effectively perform the work
Ability to work closely with others
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, sense of urgency

SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
This position is responsible for ensuring a safe, comfortable, and pleasant journey for our coach and sleeping car passengers. The Train Attendant can work either coach or sleeping cars. Coach Car Attendants will be required to keep assigned train cars clean for the duration of the trip, including maintenance of all restrooms. Sleeping Car Attendants will be required to offer passengers all first-class amenities, make beds, change linen, and keep the restroom and shower area clean and sanitary for the duration of the trip. Must be willing to give special assistance to elderly and disabled passengers who are boarding and detraining. Will be responsible for assisting passengers who are boarding/detraining, including assistance with baggage. Must load/unload supplies and maintain an inventory of supplies.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
This position will be responsible for performing dining car service and side work as directed by the Lead Service Attendant by providing a quality dining car experience for passengers in a safe, efficient, and professional manner. Must load/unload supplies and maintain an inventory of supplies. Must be available to work flexible schedules that include weekends and holidays.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Food and beverage handling experience.
Cash handling and customer contact experience.
Experience in housekeeping.
Must be at least 21 years of age upon completion of classroom training (due to service of alcoholic beverages).
Successfully complete a customer service aptitude testing instrument.
Successfully complete drug screening and pre-employment medical exam.
Must be able to lift heavy items.
Must be able to work while standing for long periods of time.
Must be able to work a variety of hours and days off, including up to eight days away from home crew base.
Demonstrate a friendly, outgoing, and courteous disposition.
Must wear company-provided uniform, comply with company grooming policies.
Must have a H.S. Diploma or GED.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:

The hourly rate during training is $21.00. After training, the hourly rate is $26.69 - $35.58 (with opportunity for increases, as per the applicable collective bargaining agreement, after beginning employment). WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
You are at the heart of the hotel! As a Housekeeping Public Area Attendant you will maintain the public areas of the hotel for both our internal and external guests and will assist your Room Attendant colleagues by replenishing all Housekeeping supplies on the floors. You are happiest when you are helping others and enjoy working in a job where you are constantly on the move and accomplishing tasks - and it just so happens you'll be doing just that in an award-winning hotel.
PM Shift will be 2:30pm - 11pm
Properly cleaning and maintaining the assigned areas of the hotel
Maintaining cleanliness of Guest Elevator foyer, including elevator doors and tracks, ash urns, windows and plant stands
Maintaining cleanliness of all hallway signage, pictures, light fixtures, fire extinguishers, air vent and walls
Picking up and remove all visible trash and room service items
Vacuuming and edge cleaning hall carpet on each assigned floor
Replenishing all Housekeeping supplies on the guest room floor storage rooms
Completing inventory assignments
Assist in completing guest requests and staff request calls.
Assist in placing linen/supplies in floor closets and clearing the chute.
Providing warm and friendly service for both internal or external guests
Actively participating in morning briefings
Participating in any scheduled training and development programs
Following all safety rules, emergency procedures and fire prevention regulations.
Reporting maintenance items
Returning all lost and found articles to Risk Management
Following all hotel and departmental policies and procedures and service standards
Any other tasks that may be assigned
Physical aspects of the position include but are not limited to the following:
Constant standing and walking throughout the shift

Job Description
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
You are at the heart of the hotel! As a Housekeeping Turndown Attendant, you are instrumental in maintaining the hotel for both our internal and external guests and the luxury standards our guests come for! Properly cleaning and maintaining the assigned areas of the hotel
Prepare turndown cart with necessary supplies - linen, cleaning supplies, and all required items.
Execute turndown and service guest rooms according to standard
Attendant should report to Housekeeping to pick up turndown assignment sheet and radio
Report rooms that have a Do Not Disturb sign or that are double locked to the PM Supervisor/PM Manager to be logged
Wash all bathroom fixture, shower walls, floors, and mirrors as needed
Picking up and removing all visible trash and room service items
Report all deficiencies
Report Earth Day, Every Day rooms
Complete special projects as assigned by leader/supervisor
Completing inventory assignments
Complete guest requests and staff request calls.
Actively participate in afternoon briefings
Assist with training of new employees
Providing warm and friendly service for both internal or external guests
Participating in any scheduled training and development programs
Following all safety rules, emergency procedures and fire prevention regulations.

Informs facility manager of any member, guest, or facility issues.
Enrolls members and guests in programs. Makes reservations for spa services and personal training, when applicable.
Receives payments for goods and services and properly accounts for the money.
Reconciles daily sales, deposits, and receipts, when applicable.
Assists staff with lifting and storing facility equipment, furniture, and products to help maintain the facility and prepare for special events.

Qualifications:
High School diploma but college degree preferred.

Summary:
The Fast-Food Attendant is responsible for performing a variety of duties within a fast food / snack bar establishment which may include completing customer transactions, cleaning the food or stock areas, assisting in the kitchen area, and maintaining inventory; performs all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by management. Essential Functions:

Cleans and stocks work area
Assists in locating, reconciling, and verifying the accuracy of transactions and operate equipment with peripheral electronic data processing. Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas by hand or cart
Assists with a variety of kitchen-related functions as needed
Receives inventory, moves and lifts food and beverage products and supplies; maintain a solid knowledge of product and services available in unit
Ensures proper food handling procedures are followed including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating and checking temperature of products
Cleans and sanitizes workstation and equipment
