The Activity Attendant is part of our Fun Squad. The ideal candidate has high energy and a willingness to learn and grow. This role will work in our Family Activity Center, which includes a bowling alley, movie theater, and arcade. The Activity Attendant will be trained in all operations of the Family Activity Center, and will implement the day to day operations of the facility. This role will provide excellent customer service to all guests, ensure all equipment is operating properly, and work collaboratively with other Kalamazoo Country Club team members across departments. Activity Attendants will work a variety of special events in the Family Activity Center, serving 600-1,400 members. The ideal candidate has flexible availability including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. What You'll Be Doing Provide practical support, problem solving, and excellent customer service during the daily operations of the bowling alley, movie theater, and arcade. Serve as a “party host,” for private rentals of the Family Activity Center, meeting all the needs of our guests in a positive, consistent, and customer focused manner. Work collaboratively and effectively with co-workers. Accurately complete procedures for facility operations, cleanliness, and safety. Clean and sanitize toys, equipment, and furniture within the activity areas. Attend all required meetings and staff training. SMILE and provide a positive environment for all members, staff, and guests. May be asked to perform other duties as assigned.
